Tried to make Jimmy John’s a place to order for my workplace. Ordered a catering order and they left out our chips. Couldn’t offer a refund for those items and had to send an employee back to get the chips instead. Ordered again and they got two of the four sandwiches wrong. Management refused to help one of my employees too for misunderstanding that “TAKE OUT BREAD” doesn’t mean no bread. Apparently it means “scoop out bread”. An honest mistake that was handled very rudely by employees and management. Tried a THIRD time and they made a turkey picklewhich with ham. My employee went back up there after this being the third time in a row having an issue. The JJ employee took her sandwich back and PUT THE MEAT BACK ON THE BAR. My employee touched all over her sandwich to make sure it wasn’t turkey. Absolutely disgusting and they were rude again. The rudeness we tried to overlook but putting the handled meat back in the meat on the bar was revolting.

Mind Over Matter
So this was my first time ever visiting this location just wanted a quick combo and the cashier with the long braids claimed she could not hear me but it was even more harder to hear her. First thing I said when approaching her was I wanted the original combo. At the end of ordering and receiving my food I received a sandwich no chips no drink or anything. The gentleman beside her gave me a drink to compensate for her attitude and misunderstanding. Customer service is a key when you're on the front line dealing with customers Training is in order for this employee because this can be the downfall of any location. I possibly won't come back to this location because of this bad encounter.

It says on all the ratings and there commercials how you get so much more meat than subway and there might of been two little pieces on that right inch sandwich. You don't get a twelve inch so you can eat the other half later. And it cost even more than Subway with a smaller bun. And there's only two choices of cheese, meat, bread, they don't have Black olives or very many flavors of chips. Me and my boyfriend will NEVER GO BACK! So disappointed ☹️

I love JJ sandwiches, but need to work on staff. The guy at counter mumbled when he asked for our order. I specifically said Tukey Tom, Regular size, to which he responded what size? My husband got similar response to his order. When we asked about cups for drink, someone else basically grunted and pointed, very rude. And no napkins were offered and we couldn't find any on tables or at drink station. As much as I enjoy the sandwiches, service is lacking.

The sandwich I got was good but I ended up with food poisoning 2 hours later and lasted all dang night. Sorry yall, they also need to work on better greetings while entering. Never once was I asked what size sandwich or if I wanted a combo either. Then the wrong sandwich was toasted bc the cashier wasn't paying attention. It was expensive too. All around a big no for me

No complaints about the food but the kids working on the evening of Friday, 11/1/24, were the worst. I walked in the restaurant with my 4 year old and they had that music BLARING! My daughter immediately covered her ears and started getting upset. Once one of the kids finally came to the counter, I mentioned it being too loud and she laughed and turned to say something to one of her coworkers. Mind you, my 4 year old is still behind me sitting in a booth with her ears covered. The kids were super rude and disrespectful. There’s no way the franchise owner knows about what is going on there at night with this crew. I called Saturday, 11/2/24, in hopes of speaking with the owner. I left a message with the manager on call but who knows if my message will get back to the owner. I’m not a complainer, but laughing at the fact a toddler was uncomfortable, and being rude in general, made me really mad.
