No complaints about the food but the kids working on the evening of Friday, 11/1/24, were the worst. I walked in the restaurant with my 4 year old and they had that music BLARING! My daughter immediately covered her ears and started getting upset. Once one of the kids finally came to the counter, I mentioned it being too loud and she laughed and turned to say something to one of her coworkers. Mind you, my 4 year old is still behind me sitting in a booth with her ears covered. The kids were super rude and disrespectful. There’s no way the franchise owner knows about what is going on there at night with this crew. I called Saturday, 11/2/24, in hopes of speaking with the owner. I left a message with the manager on call but who knows if my message will get back to the owner. I’m not a complainer, but laughing at the fact a toddler was uncomfortable, and being rude in general, made me really mad.
Never gotten a wrong order here. Great sandwiches. Update: I get Half the meat I used to get before they were bought out.

I'm not a big fast food fan, but my partner is, & he introduced me to this Jimmy Johns. The staff is professional & personable, & Ty was particularly welcoming & nice to us. I enjoyed my submarine so much that we returned the very next day.
The staff is friendly and quick. But, this is what my Little John with roastbeef and cheese looks like this time. Didn't look like this last time. So, what happened!? It tastes good. But, where is the meat? Feel like I got cheated this go round.

I travel for a living so I'm always in and out of restaurants from high dollar steakhouses to sandwich shops. This location has probably one of the rudest crews I've been at in a long time. I was greeted by a gentleman at the register with "what's up"... Now I'm not familiar with Jimmy John's policies but I would think there would be some kind of standard greeting when people are coming in to eat at their location and there's so many different restaurants available in that area. It was followed up with the attitude "There doing me a favor" which at this point I almost turned around and walked off. I won't be coming back to this location, this place needs some serious management intervention and training.
