Laughing Crab -Cajun Seafood

I understand that its 13 minutes before close. but tonight I paid 78 dollars for a portion that wouldn't even fill up one person and its usuallyenoughfor me and my boyfriendto share.. 78 dollars for 3 pieces of shrimp. seriously? I doordash from here all the time so I know how the portions are supposed to be and this is not it. if im paying almost 100 dollars I want to get what I paid for not scraps. I better get a refund because 3 piece of shrimp is not going to fill me up

Food was pretty good, the mussels could have been a little more fresh in my opinion, but still good.

We came here hoping it was better than the Mighty Crab; however, we were sadly wrong. The Cajun seasoning tasted sweet like a teriyaki flavor, not spicy at all! The medium garlic butter did not have any spice to it, and had tons of chunks of garlic. The kids fried shrimp was good. The kids catfish was absolutely disgusting. It was almost all fat and just gross.
The waitress was super nice! The atmosphere wasn’t bad, but the music being played was not family friendly for our kids, and the bathroom smelled like urine and was gross. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I was Door Dashing for a customer but the atmosphere was laid back and customer service was great so all you have to do is go try the food and let me know 😉😉

My Mothers Day Dinner Was HORRIBLE to say the least..!
My Food tasted like someone missed and dropped the entire Salt Box in it…
I sent it back after tasting a Shrimp
Piece of egg and bite of corn…
I noticed when the server (Dee) who was very sweet and accommodating brought my food back that it was still very salty so while i waited for her to come back out,I take a good look at my food only to see the same egg half eaten and one of the 🌽 with the bitemark in it…So when she came back and I asked what happened to them remaking my food like I was told when they sent it back and took 15mins
I was then informed that She was told that they only added extra Garlic butter to balance the Salt out…instead of remaking it fresh like they lied and said they would
I was Flabbergasted…!
Then,The Manager walked to the table and politely told me that because I had eaten some of the food that they couldn’t remake my order…🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
I was like how was I going to know it was that doggone salty if I didn’t eat any lady,Make it make sense
This was all in the first 2-3 minutes of me having my food
So I asked if she could just take my food and put it in another bag without the Sauce and I could try to remix it at home,Well the trash man runs tomorrow and My entire Mother’s Day Dinner with the exception of my egg and corn I bit off is in there…it was too salty to do anything but dump it
Yeah I am beyond pissed😡😡😡
My Greedy Self was ready to dig in my food,Uuuuggghhhhh
I REALLY don’t like giving bad reviews but they played in my face and really didn’t try to accommodate me at all…
I was having a really tough day coping and all I wanted was a nice dinner to lift my spirits,I’ve never been more disappointed in my life..
But,Shout out to the lil server baby She handled everything very professionally and well,Merely The only thing I was pleased about!!!

Dee was such a great server! Amazing customer service! Very professional! It’s very rare you get decent customer service and she exceeded the standard!!! Ask for Dee when you go😊
