I mean it’s a shame you have to use crab boil when you get home just to give your food some seasoning! I ordered the shrimp special (mild) & garlic butter flavor……it was so bland I didn’t taste any seasoning whatsoever!! This was supposed to be my lunch for work, I was very disappointed. The portion size was no problem!! I really wanted to like this place 🙃

The happy hour drinks were good and the food was great.
I got the #41 with 1/2 pound of sausage. I chose the laughing crab seasoning with medium heat. It was really good. Not to hot but just a small kick. This was my second time here and it didn't disappoint! No apps this time but I got full after adding that sausage to the steam bag.

Personally, I’m not sure you’re going to find a lot in Shreveport that has a great atmosphere, but the Laughing Crab is about as good as you can get. We got a shrimp and crab boil with a couple beers and I would say you would never know you were eating at a chain Cajun restaurant in Louisiana. It can compete with any place around.

The food was great. Decided to get the create your own combo for an overall cheaper price. Our Server, Destiny was awesome. The only thing that disturbed me was there were dirty napkins in the napkin dispenser. Not to mention how the music they play to top tier, the DJ needs a raise!! But overall, 10/10.
