I went in before work for a late lunch. Service was great. The problem is I ordered pizza puffs and wings. When I got to work and attempted to eat the wings they had a "weird " taste. As if they were spoiled! They close at 10pm I get off work at 1130 making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to have returned them the same day! Took them back today to be told they don't do refunds especially if it isn't the same day! Even after I explained what time I get off work. Absolutely NO consideration! $8 plus gone down the drain due to poor customer service!! I've been to this location 10 plus times but NEVER again!!!

Wallina (hope I spelled it right) was amazing! Her customer service was top tier! The food was delicious while its presentation was just as lovely. I haven't eaten Little Caesar's in a long time but my man had a taste for it. Glad he did. One great staff member you have there!

The pizza was a pepperoni it was horrible it had no taste it had been sitting under the light too long it should have never been sold to me. I called the office and asked to speak to someone about the experience that I had had here and the person told me that the answer and after answering 30 minutes 31 minutes on hold. I never received that phone call back that was promised to me is being at least 2 weeks the cashier was trying to sell me some sauce because she knew that it was not supposed to be sold I will be not visiting this location anytime soon. If I could give it zero stars at wood they should close their doors if they can't serve any better

You only ever buy Little Caesars because it’s quick. You don’t expect it to be good. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait long after the order ready window ends. Today, after waiting 30 minutes past, I requested a refund. The little rude girl with the red braids and one of little boys gave me a hard time about it and said they can’t refund an online order. A lot of places try this because customers let them get away with it, but this is actually against credit card merchant agreements and also illegal. The workers were weirdly territorial over the funds as if it weee their own personal bank accounts. The little boy called me the b-word and continued refusing my refund. They told me to call corporate which is closed now. I’ve already reached out through social media and have corresponded with corporate. I will be following up tomorrow along with calling master card and letting them know this store is violating merchant agreements and the state attorney general so they’re aware this location is violating consumer policies. I will not be returning.
