Louisiana Stuffed Pistolettes Catering

We’re all about jokes around here but I’m not joking when I say you need to go out and try their pistolettes! Great food and great people.

Incredible food!! We've tried several things but the Pistolette's are to die for!! OMG the brisket ones are incredible and my husband said the peach cobbler ones was one of the best desserts he's ever had.

The flavor, and seasoning was spot on!!! I have never tried a Pistolette before, and they are so delicious. Also ordered the Cajun Shrimp pasta, and for dessert the sweet potato stuffed cheesecake which were also so scrumptious!

I ordered the Fried Catfish plate with the sweet potato cheesecake. My fries were very burnt and fish were slightly fried hard.

Y’all, stop what you are doing and go grab dinner here!! You won’t be disappointed. I won the pasta tower and got it and chicken pistolette combo with fries AND the sweet potato pie stuffed cheesecake!!! 🤤🤤 Everything was hot, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Cannot wait to try some fish and fried rice next. Go support local. You won’t be disappointed!

I went for a birthday dinner and I was super excited to try something new to me, they are now one of my favorite 😍 literally I will never forget the experience I had cause it was super amazing and everyone had a wonderful time and now I think about going back on a daily like frfr cause that how good the food and the staff is just amazing and probably the best (10/10 highly recommend)

Wanted to bring a diverse group of men and ladies that belong to an interracial organization (about 12 to 13) for a monthly lunch meeting. Unfortunately this awesome place doesn't open for lunch.

This is a nice little place to try something different. The restaurant is very spacious & the service is great from entry until you leave. The food has alot of flavor. The pistolettes are very good 👍👍 . The pistolettes have great taste & texture. Fries are seasoned well. My only complaint is the prices on some items. To add shrimp to my fried rice on a pistolette combo is $5. To add shrimp to the fried rice to the wing combo is $3. This might be 5-6 shrimp of small/medium size added. You could get a bag of x-large shrimp for the same cost. The wings are a bit small to be $2 each, imo. Otherwise this is a great place to have a nice lunch or outing for a different taste with downtown scenery.

This food is absolutely delicious! Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. We had the boomtown box and everything was perfect. The garlic butter sauce sets everything over the top. The fried rice was our personal favorite & the best we've ever had. We will definitely be back!!
