Marble Slab Creamery

The online store says the old closes at 10pm. We live 30 mins away, from this establishment. We arrived at 9:02pm, the door was still open. When we entered the front counter workers, said sorry guys were closed. Please update the time so People won't waste their gas and time traveling across town! And I feel like they still could had served us, SINCE THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED!

Costumer service was amazing!!! And that ice cream was simply delicious!! I’ll definitely be coming back

Update your hours to be accurate instead of lying to your customers

Service is okay. Still does not make up for the fact that this place has obviously gone downhill. Ice cream only lasts for about a minute before it melts, there's an obvious stench and you can tell the owner neglects the place. When I found out that the same person who owns this owns the one on provenance, I was SHOCKED!!!!!

Can never pay me to go back, especially with the fact that they raised the prices. Not paying $10 for a small milkshake... sorry..

The different varieties of ice cream are really good. I love the carrot cake ice cream with nuts. Not alot of people know that you can choose whatever mix-ins for free and the customer service during my work week is great and they are super friendly.

Always nice to find great service from young but highly respectable staff! They were so polite and accommodating to our large caravan of kiddos and served up some wonderful sweet treats too!

There were two young men there. They greeted me as soon as I entered, and they were knowledgeable about the selection and quick. This was Sunday, 9-22-24

We came in tonight ONLY wanting our ice cream with the mallow crème, and an experience prior it was a big deal because they were out and an employee refused to fill it. HOWEVER, Michael, Deandreus, and Jace were AWESOME! They were so personable, so helpful, went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted all while still being in good spirits! We will definitely be back to see them!

Excellent ice cream super friendly service!

My daughter and I went in for a treat, the girl that waiting on me was rude and she then through the ice cup to me on the counter. The gentleman with braids he had waited on my daughter and was very polite and offer to put my ice cream in a bigger cup because the girl had it dripping everywhere....to the nice young man thank you...

Very good ice cream, I was bummed that I was just passing through because they have so many flavors and options! Tried the cookie dough surprise and it was fantastic. Recommend getting the small size because a little goes a longgggg way. Solid ice cream shop!
