Beef nacho to start. Tasty and hot. Chili relleno was stuffed with chicken, and drowned in sour cream sauce. The pepper was tough as leather, not impressed. Rice was ok, pintos looked like leftovers. Sopapillas were flat and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Honey and cinnamon will not cover that error. My guest had seven layer salad. Presentation of salad was the most unique thing about this entree. Sadly, it too was disappointing. Salsa and chips were served late in the service with chips being cold and stale , and the salsa had no spice or heat, more like a tomato purée. For a meal that was over $100 for three people, it was disappointing. It must have been a bad night, Based on previous visits, my experience was not typical for this establishment. For the time being, I’ll be looking for another cocina mexicana in the area.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and great drinks, but the food was not as tasty as I would of thought. The chicken was dry and not too tasty.

You will not be disappointed, I am here at least one time a month, the cocktails are so good and the food is so so good, the shrimp and salsa are my favorite dish to order, the spinach quesadillas with beans and rice too are delish.

My biggest complaint is the parking lot and walkways to the restaurant are very uneven and slope at different angles making it unsafe for older couples. I do like the food and the margaritas are top notch. However, there are some wait persons who will try to rush you and not let you enjoy your meal. Also the noise level is not good. So we have pretty much stopped going to this place.

Placed birthday reservations and experience was over the top. Filet and lobster tail were both done to perfection with absolutely no complaints. Patrick (waiter) was very attentive without being be over intrusive. Chris (manager) worked the floor and our table to ensure we had a wonderful evening. I would 100% recommend spending a special occasion here.

We ate here before heading to a concert. We were on a schedule but made sure we had time to visit and have a casual, no rushed dinner. We had drinks and queso before ordering and great fajitas and tacos al carbon. The food was really good and the service was attentive without being intrusive. My wife was ready to drive back to Shreveport to eat there again the next day!

Definitely not what it used to be. Food below average and luke warm. Prices too high. Avoid. Better choices in Shreveport.

The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was loud and busy, but in an electric sort of way. The food...not so good. We had steak and chicken combo fajitas. The meat was cooked, but not hot. The veggies were almost uncooked. In my experience fajita veggies are thoroughly cooked and charred on the iron fajita skillet. These were almost al dente. It appeared as raw vegetables and cooled, cooked meat were thrown on a luke warm skillet. There was no sizzle when our fajita skillet arrived. Very disappointed with such a long-standing institution.

Service was fair, not overly welcoming/friendly but not terrible. We were seated quickly even though it seemed very busy just after lunch time. Salsa was bland, not spicy at all. I got the beef fajita enchiladas which again, were pretty bland. Meat was tender but very little flavor. They were covered in “red sauce” which looked and tasted like tomato sauce and nothing else. My wife got fish tacos which were good but not anything special. Overall, if you’re looking for authentic, spicy Mexican food, this is probably not the place to go. There are likely other things on the menu that we would’ve liked better. ??‍♂️

Waier took drink order and appetizer before ever giving us a menu. Thought we'd never get a memu, and we didn't, until the couple who came in AFTER us did. Fajitas were very rare. Were supposed to be mesquite grilled. Worst fajitas I've ever had. At $32, you would've expected better. No, won't be back.

Ordered Sizzling Shrimp Brochetas for $31, this consisted of 5 medium sized shrimp stuffed and wrapped with bacon. First of all the quantity is abysmal, then the taste was only OK. The rice and beans were bland, which was a complete disappointment. They did have a nice selection of Tequila, so I gave them an extra star, or it would have been a one.

We've dined in at Superior Grill for over 30 years. We recently used them for catering a Tex Mex theme engagement party and it was great. Special shout out to Carlos who was great to deal with. Thanks!

Been eating here since it was called the Cadillac Grill, and they disappointed my wife and her friend badly with their Grilled tuna salad and shrimp tacos. Tuna got sent back it tasted so bad. Looked like it had freezer burn before cooking and then overcooked. Shrimp on the tacos were overcooked and rubbery. My usual beef fajita Chile relleno was on a slightly smaller plate but tasted fine. Maybe they have some restart related kitchen staffing issues, although I saw the original head of the kitchen walk through the restaurant while we were there. The service by the waiter was excellent.
