It’s the only place around here (that I know of) where I’m able to get a Cuban sandwich.
Unfortunately, half of the six different occasions I’ve called them to place an order, the phone was off the hook. Every time, I have left there wreaking like grease & occasionally the order is right- my fault for not speaking Spanish?
Anyhow, I can no longer recommend this place & truly wish another eatery would put a Cuban sandwich on their menu.

Based on customer reviews, Sabores | Dominican Bar & Grill Restaurant is a tasty spot in Shreveport with amazing service. The food is freshly cooked, great, and delicious. The Pollo guisado was superb, and the Mofongitos were delicious. The best jerk chicken is absolutely delicious, falling off the bone tender, and the leftover sauce tastes amazing, especially mixed with the rice. Los Tres Golpes was amazing. Fried plantains are also on the menu. The atmosphere is lacking, but the food makes up for it, with friendly service, great music, and a cool waiter. They have a bar and a party every Saturday from 9 pm to 4 am.
