The girl at the front counter was Not up to the job. My food sat ready for me to pick up at the window for almost 15 minutes before the cook asked me through the window if I had been helped, while I was pacing. The place was dead, and there was no excuse for such poor service. I think you can kiss this franchise goodbye soon, too. Just like the poorly managed location on Mansfield Road. I will never be back. It felt a little like reverse racism to be honest. I don’t need that.

The food is good. The times I've been there the crew has been nice. My only complaint is cleanliness. IMO it needs professional help deep clean and hopefully they can just keep up with it. Price is fair.

We waited at the counter for 20 minutes without being acknowledged but they looked at us several times. it wasn't busy at all. then 2 separate couples came to get refills and informed us that one had been there an hour and still no food. and the other and hour and some change and still nothing. i went in just for a sweet tea which takes 5 seconds. i ended up leaving after hearing how everyone had been waiting an unexceptionable amount of time.

Wait staff barely says anything. Hot,at least in the 80s. Food was put together sloppy. Used to love this place. So sad. For spending 40+ I would think I would have a better experience. Felt like a waste of money

Attention to detail needs to be addressed. My pick up order was sitting under a counter for more than 20 minutes while I was standing there thinking they haven’t even started it. The server saw me there for more than 20 minutes after the app told me my order would be ready but didnt think to question why I was still there.

The food is usually pretty good but the service at this location is pretty bad. Both times I’ve been in there I’ve stood at the counter for at least a few minutes before anyone even greeted me. Even if you’re busy you should acknowledge a customer and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. The bad part was they weren’t even busy so there was no reason for a wait.
Ms Jackson was the rudest managers I have ever come across!! So I place an order a Chef Salad . Picked up my order get home to realize there’s no croutons , and the cucumbers were sour. Call the store to get them to fix it and Ms Jackson(manager) says oh we been out of croutons for 6 months. As if I should have know n that!! Then says the cucumbers were cut early this morning they can’t be sour! Ok now I’m livid. So boom! I go back up there to get a refund and she ignores me for 20 mins and tells the cashier to tell me I’ll just have to wait!! The call I’m making to corporate is about to be lit!!!! Never ever ever eat at this location is you are looking for good service and or food!!!!

Horrible place. Slow almost nonexistent work ethic and terribly rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Front counter girl is a horrible excuse for a worker with terrible attitude.

1 i was call them because i was allergic to avocado but bye time they stop hang up in my face and answered i forgot and only asked for honey mustard which i told the manager what was happening but she clearly didn’t care and her attitude was giving she the one that was doing it i asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened and if ykyk they don’t taste the same im so pregnant and mad i was so hungry and cant even eat my food btw i use to work here so this is crazy to me when i was in window i always answer the phone even if i had to put them on hold smh
