Very friendly staff. Very good food. The seats could be cleaned. The water tastes awful, but that might be a Louisiana thing. The tea tasted strange because of the water. The spud and the nachos were outstanding. Even the kids pizza was good. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll be back.

Stopped by today, and there was no one there. Looks closed with boxes everywhere. They should update their hours if so.
My potato soup was watery and had no flavor. But the staff was very polite and helpful.

The cashier was so busy texting on her phone while taking my order. I had to approach her to have my order taken after giving her a chance to ask and greet me. It took way too long to prepare my food, considering I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. When I got my bake potatoe, which they were out of the day before, it was cold and tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. I'm never going back again.

This was a poor dining experience. Staff are unprofessional and don't care about the customer. I ordered a salad and there was black slime from spoiled vegetables on one of the leaves. At this rate this location is on its way out. Hardly any customers coming in which isn't a great sign. Have been to far better McAlisters locations and won't be coming back to this one.

I absolutely love Mcalisters food and usually the service is great ! But… this locations needs some serious attitude adjustment! Also they run out of spuds ??? That’s just a disappointment!

I normally love McAlister’s but this location needs work. Mac and cheese was watery soup. Terrible experience given the premium price paid compared to other restaurants.

My Husband and I arrived at 8:10 p.m. we waited 15 minutes and were never acknowledged. The girl in the front was either yapping with friends that were at a table. She walked past us into the kitchen and started playing on her phone. The Girl then went back to the same after walking past us once again and continued to ignore us. We left and ended up at Jimmy John’s. The girls at JJs gave us excellent service.

I've been waiting over 45 minutes for a single potato. This is insane. I need to get back to work.

What I observed as I walked in:
1. Two cashiers (one being the shift manager). Four orders/people ahead of me in line. Manager heads to BOH after taking an order. It makes sense. He's helping out.
2. However, 1 to 2 customers left after he went to the BOH. You guys need to have 2 on the register at all times. If not, one register and one register/floater.
3. There was a customer who had waited for 15 minutes for his food. At the 15-20 minute mark, he's told they're out of item he ordered.
Phew.
