day manager was very rude. came to sit inside and told us if we weren’t ordering to “get out”. theres a certain way you approach people . didnt give an explanation just to “ get out “ just to come back 6 mins after not letting no one use the restroom saying we have to be a paying customer for a public restroom.

I rushed to this Mc Donald’s from my base on a Sunday morning on Feb 9th 2025 around 1045-1050. Thinking I was going to be able to get breakfast because on the weekend it extends to 11am. This did not happen for me and they told me they close everyday at 1030 which is not protocol.

I have been to this McDonald's and every time I come the employee's are rude and hateful. Like today when I went through the drive through there was a man greeting and he was so nice I told him about my last experience when I went through the drive thru the girl was so rude I didn't make it to the windows I left and today after I told him that the girl at the next windows had a look on her face like yuk I don't like you I asked her what was her problem was like she was judging me. The meal deal I thought 5 for 5 but only got 4 what was the fifth. The chicken sandwich was spicy I request no spicy it was cold even the French fries sucked. I will no longer will come through this McDonald's anymore I will tell my friends not to go there.
Until you people can get some descent people with friendly attitude and make you feel you glad you came. Because the crew now has no hospitality and very hateful. They are ruining McDonald's. I regretted going through there today. It won't happen no more.

The whole lobby is sticky. The teens working are kind but they are just as fed up with mgmt as everyone else in the Town of Blanchard. Last time (not the 1st,2nd,or 3rd) that my drive thru order was incorrect, I took it in and the yound man yelled to the back,"we got another one!" We both burst out laughing. It's what we got and we continue to patron there but as N Market restaurants grow, maybe McDs business will decrease so the mgmt team can take some time to work on thir skill. Overall the mcdoubles are still good when they remember to put the meat on the bun. 🤷🏻‍♀️ yes, that happened once there too.

Please teach your employees how to use the drive thru lane correctly. It’s frustrating to see three people that pull in later than you, get served before you in the drive thru line.

I feel like the food could be hotter but I don't want to nitpick. They really need to hire someone to clean full time. Because the soda area is always kind of dirty and understocked. It's also a tad slow not to be hotter.
