First, they were out of tortillas, and then pinto beans. And trying to find a clean table or seat near impossible, not to mention the restroom was horrifying. I highly doubt I would ever return to this location.
Went in to grab a mobile order real quick, but I wanted more salsa. They have a nice selection of salsas, but I didn’t know which one came with the mobile orders. So last time I ordered I should of asked, but I didn’t and grabbed the wrong one. I didn’t find out until I got home. So this time I asked someone, Ms. Max asked what my preference was in regards to salsa; chunky or smooth. I appreciate her taking my preferences into account. This was definitely the worst Moe's experience ever. The line was SLOW, lethargic, and overall uncaring. The lead person, an older heavy set lady was deep in the weeds and no one was helping her.....or anyone else. It took over 11 minutes to get from ordering to register. Whereupon we were told the scanner for Moe's Monday was not working. May have to find a different spot for Monday lunch.
