When you eat at Orlandeaux's Cafe' you must eat the Stuff shrimp. Their Stump Shrimp are to die for. All their other food is as awesome. This is a family owned restaurant that dates back years ago and the food is just as good as it was back then at the original location.
Food was excellent, Waiter was excellent I am a unfolding food critic and I give a 5 stars keep up the good work and I will be there a lot more. Just please get the floors done thats a meager issue that customers know but overall it good.

Orlandeaux's Café is a beloved restaurant known for its authentic southern cuisine. Locals recommend it for delicious dishes like gumbo, cornbread, boudin balls, beignets, Stuff shrimp, and shrimp and grits, which are often described as amazing. The café is situated by a lake, providing a lovely view while waiting for a table. Although there might be a wait, as some reviewers mentioned, the atmosphere and food make it worthwhile. One customer noted that they enjoyed the takeout food even when there was an issue with being notified when their table was ready. The restaurant is family-owned and has a long history, with food that remains just as good as it was at the original location. Reviewers praise the fantastic staff, including kind servers and bartenders, and many express their intention to return, even suggesting that newcomers stay on the waitlist. While some noted the need for improvements in parking and flooring, the overall consensus remains that Orlandeaux's Café is a go-to place for amazing food and good down-home Louisiana cooking. The café fills up quickly, so arriving early is recommended to enjoy local specialties in a nice location with views of Cross Lake Bridge.
