Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever received at a restaurant. The employee was downright rude. The food was mediocre at best. They are closed now and I'm glad.

This was a good place to eat. The food is healthy and I liked the window seating. They were out of the syrup for certain soft drinks and there were places that needed cleaning, so that’s why only 4 stars.This place seems pretty close to a Greek Subway. Overall, good place to eat.

She kept rushing me and kept making faces towards my mom. I don’t remember doing anything to cause her annoyance. May be because it was end of the day but still you should not treat people like that.

Waited in line for 15 mins just to waste my precious time. They need help. 2 people with 9 people in the lobby isn’t going to work. Probably won’t be back.

Went to location to place a Togo order at 7:51pm, smelled like they had just bleached the entire place, which is fine, but when we asked the young man working if they were closed or still taking orders, he said, " uhm, I mean we are about to close" : 1. Not what was asked and 2. Didn't like the look or attitude that he replied to us in. From my experience if a business closes at 8pm, you serve your customers until 8pm. Love there food and have never been treated or talked to like, us walking in was putting them out. When clearly the picture I took of the sign outside in the sidewalk, when we left, CLEARLY states, "YES WE ARE OPEN" !!!! We left and spent our money with someone that wants our continued business. Bad attitude bad review bad business.

Ive seen lots of people get food from here so i decided to go down to the pita pit near gamersxp and try it out, the employee gave probably the worst customer service ive ever experienced. She was very rude while i was ordering, waving her hand in a circle to tell me to state what pita id like instead of simply asking what I would like on it and when i could not hear her and asked her to repeat, she blinked many times and slowed her speech and raised her tone as if i was deaf. after changing my mind on adding chips and a drink, she told me "you cant add it, you already told me no," in a very rude tone. I brought it up to the counter anyway as i was not leaving without a drink. It is hard to say whether I will visit again based on this experience. Otherwise the food was great and had many selections which is why i gave two rather than one star.

Cashier / Cook lady was so friendly. It seems like she enjoys what she is doing. The food she prepared was fantastic! I will return for the food but mainly for the customer service!
Ummm ummm. So the service is always excellent. I've been here twice and it's as fast as you can get without it being pre cooked. And the sandwiches are delicious. I have only gotten the wraps so I will give you a detailed review on the taste. Oh the price for the wrap with tax is $9 and some change. That's just the wrap. There is a meal option with chips and a drink but I've only gotten the wrap.So the Greek was the first wrap I got if I'm not mistaken. I got that with a wheat wrap and the beyond meat.. Now this was good. It's kind of spicy and everything in it is grilled it has spinach. If I could make a suggestion I bet it would be better to maybe chop the spinach or take the tails off. But it's still my favorite and I imagine after I try the other ones this is what I will get.The second I got yesterday that is pictured was the fajita. This one was ok I also got the wheat wrap and beyond meat. The other one had a better tasting sauce this just has sour cream. It was good if you prefer lettuce over spinach. But it's really good both of them. I'm going to try them all.

There was a hair in my son's pita. The guy that made it had on a mask on but not over his face! They remade the pita after I showed them hair that looked it came off his beard. Yuck! The double chocolate chips cookies were dry!2 stars because my Tia pita was good. Also the place needs the floor mopped and place smells like a bar.
