The customer services at this place socks placed a hr at 7 pm and here it is 913 and still haven't received anything..Spoke to management wad told they were making my order fresh and sending it right out never received it call store back management was rude and hung up in my face..Problem still not fixed..I will not be spending another penny hear..

This location is always extremely clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Jay is very kind and helpful with making sure I get my money worth to feed my family on a tight budget. I've have always received great customer service from Jay and staff. The food is always prepared fresh and hot. No complaints at all here. I love this location. I wish we had one closer to Mansfield Rd

I ordered my pizza for delivery from this place. The order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes then delivered to my place and instead I waited an hour with no call back to inform me where my pizza is at. I called up there and whoever answers the phone hung up on me when I called back several times!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I had to drive up there to get my pizza and the lady I spoke with at the register was able to refund my delivery fee and tip which I appreciate. But I'm sorry if this is how you are with deliveries do not order from this store! Order from another Pizza hut!!

If you order for delivery, don’t expect to actually get your whole order. I didn’t get the wings that I ordered and paid for. Couldn’t get someone to answer their phone to address the issue. As of now, I’m out almost $40 for one pizza; save your money. It also looks like my pizza had a rough ride or was tossed at my door.
I literally cannot order from this branch anymore it’s so bad. Which sucks because I love Pizza Hut’s menu but after 3 horrible experiences in a row I can’t risk wasting money here again only to end up getting dinner somewhere else because it’s so disgusting. Save yourselves the hassle, frustration, and money. Just use another place for a quick dinner for the family. Just look at the pictures: very few toppings, undercooked, and wet with cold grease.

I tried contacting the manager of this store, 5380 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71112, to give my feedback on my ordering issue but was placed on hold until the store closed. I was kept on hold for more than an hour. If this is Pizza Hut's idea of customer service, I'm going to have to find another restaurant to spend my money at. This treatment goes beyond poor and ranges into callous disrespect and willing disregard for their customers. I'm putting this up on Yelp to warn anyone considering using this store. Use Dominos or Papa John's at least, you'll likely get what you actually ordered.

Updated to 3 stars only because the GM called me to apologize and offered to give me a credit which was nice. I declined and got my delivery fee and tip refunded. I hope they fix whatever problems caused this.This is the worst. We ordered delivery and it never came. No update. No nothing. Went to the store and they said there was nothing they could do to refund us our delivery fee and tip because the manager wasn’t there. They gave us our pizza and there was no sauce on it! They tried make up for the crappiness of all this with a free burnt pizza with no cheese. The Cinnabon order wasn’t Cinnabon but regular bread sticks with a cinnamon sauce. This is the worst ordering experience ever. Don’t order from here.
