I am a first time customer and senior citizen and I called Pizza Hut. Victoria took her time to explain the specials and any questions I had. She was very nice and treated me like she really wanted and appreciated my business. She helped me with my order and explained their delivery fees and gave me a time frame. They mark orders as “ready” before they start cooking them. So you might show up thinking your order is ready and sit there waiting 20+ minutes. Beware. Actually much slower than the Bert Kouns location.
It's ok. Pizza Hut still has the best tasting pizza. This particular location I have only been for the three dollar personal pan pizza sale. And to pick up a too good go order. Both times sucked. For 3 dollar pizza day. I paid and ordered online. They said fifteen minutes but I still had to wait a couple hours. As did other people. For the too good to go they must not understand the process. Pizza Hut offers a decent meal with the Big New York pizza that may not be exactly as expected but still tasty. The beef topping is generous, and the chocolate chip cookie pizza is highly recommended. The customer service is outstanding, with prompt issue resolution and a kind, helpful staff member. Kassie at Shreveport/Barksdale went out of her way to assist a customer, demonstrating a high level of care and dedication that is rare in the industry. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, with fresh and hot food served. A great spot for budget-friendly family meals, although a closer location would be preferred. However, some recent experiences have raised concerns, such as a missing pesto on the Pesto Margherita pizza and unexpected items in the marinara sauce, which could affect customer satisfaction.
