I have been waiting and hour and a half for my pizza and NO ONE will answer the phone. I will never order from here again!!!

I stood there for at least two full minutes before I was begrudgingly addressed. The woman said something sporty under her breath after I told her I had placed and paid for the order online. When I asked her what she just said, her response was "that." Then I waited patiently for another four minutes (at least) for her to lazily go about pulling a pizza from the oven to slice & box. Before I left I checked my order. I'm glad I did too. It was the wrong order! I went back to the counter and asked her to look up my receipt and repeat my order to me in case I messed up my order. She said I ordered a large pizza. I then asked her what the pizza was supposed to have on it. She read my order off and then lazily she opened up the box and confirmed it was the wrong pizza that she took way too long to get for me in the first place. Finally the only person in the store doing anything said what my order was and told her where he had put it as it had been ready to go & just sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. Thankfully she retrieved the correct pizza and then handed it to me. No apology, no good day, no nothing. Wow. I asked for extra sauce and produced my card to pay for it but was told they didn't charge for it. She did however fail to secure the lids properly on the container. I ended up w/ sauce all over the passenger seat of my car on top of a very, very, very poor experience w/ The Hut! That place sucks!

Waited for 3 hrs for our pizza that never came. We called multiple times but the call center told us that the store wasn’t taking phone calls. Had to go through corporate to cancel and get a refund. I just wanted a piece of Pizza Hut pizza? I’ll never order from this location again

Placed online order at 11:40am. Original estimate on delivery was 20-30 minutes. Once I placed order the confirmation said 90-110 minutes. Called restaurant and held for A LONG time. Employee was nice but not really helpful. Got a text at 12:10 saying order is out for delivery. It’s now 12:52 and no pizza. Have been on hold for 7 minutes with no response.
Thinking about ordering - don’t use this location!
