Food nor service up to par. 1stly I had to wait on chicken there was only spicy available the wait was 15+ mins. I ordered two chicken wraps and they were both cold when I returned them they said the only thing that was to be warm was the strip, like who gone heat up lettuce.😂😂 I don't know who they thought I was but I'm Rick James... I cut my loss and took the cold wraps back to Mississippi to my bog. And I definitely wasn't about to let them refix it and do something to them never again... I will not return to this location ever in life.. and u a have been warned.

They had great customer service on a day that was packed inside soon as they opened while having a good number drive thru customers. They made sure the customers, myself included, were taking care of, during the rush.

I have gone to Popeyes twice within the past three weeks, and both times I waited over 30 minutes to receive my food. There were barely any cars in line — maybe one car in front of me and one behind me — so the wait time was very disappointing.

The first time I came, I noticed two employees in the back not doing anything while customers were waiting. Both times, I was asked to pull forward and wait by the door for my food while other customers received their orders before me. It was honestly frustrating.

I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt after the first experience, but after it happened again, I felt the need to say something. I genuinely think this issue needs to be discussed with employees before you start losing customers. But the food was delicious

Not that Popeyes and professionalism go together, but it seems selling chicken is even beyond the skills of some of these folks. Throw the whole store away.

I used to avoid this restaurant because of its staff, but I was soooo hungry I stopped here before heading home. They have better staff and service now. When I say everything was hot and fresh, trust me. I was in drive thru thinking “I hope they feel like working today” and the service and food didn’t disappoint. I’ll be coming back soon.

I just want to say I appreciate you guys service I ordered the 2 shrimp tackle boxes with mac and mash everything was so fresh I've been working in Shreveport for almost a year this was the best meal I've had since I've been working in Shreveport!Miyun and your team especially the cook may God bless you all❤! 10/10
