Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The best deal at Popeyes, for us, is the chicken sandwich. It is always delicious. We often get the meal, and my favorite sides are their red beans and rice, and fries. I like a lot of seasoning, not hot stuff, but good seasonings like theirs.

The food was actually hot. However, the line was 20 to 30 minutes long inside and out. When I pulled up the young lady that was in the drive-through line back out to go in and so I did the same and she said she had been waiting in line for over 20 minutes so I was inside the building and it was hot as molasses. It was melting inside so I got back in my car and got back in the drive-through line and I actually got my Faster than the lady who was in front of me initially, which is kind of sad being that she had Been there over 20 minutes. I did not take any pictures. I was a little frustrated of course I got the five dollar box which was only three pieces of chicken and a roll.

What kind of establishment runs out of french fries? In a fast food industry?? This restaurant has poor management of their inventory. They also don't do the collaboration with One Piece properly. There was no Collab packaging they put the products in. All they did was randomly find some random packaging and put the food in it. Don't ever do a Collab again if you don't even care about it!!

I was there to pick up a Door Dash order.... employees were great we joked and laughed as she was putting the order together 🤣😂 but from experience the food is awesome

Please take that shrimp off the menu. It needed sauce badly and the fries needed ketchup but I forgot to check and make sure there was sauce in the bag. Even though the app asked me what sauce I wanted. The chicken was crispy and fresh but that shrimp....is not it

I asked for spicy. So I either received the wrong chicken (mild) or their main cook was off today. The chicken today wasn't good. 1/28/26. I tasted a hint of spice on my last bite. It was too bland. I guess I will have look for the tall gentlemen that's normally there. If I don't see him then I won't order. Whenever I see him, I know the chicken is gonna taste good like it normally do.
