Popeyes on Mansfield rd is soo terrible, they gave me burnt, old, and dry biscuits. I couldn’t even bite into it, is was soo hard. What made mad the most is that I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t go back and get fresh biscuits when they should already have some ready instead of being lazy and giving people old dry biscuits.

If I could do 0 stars or negative I would. The service is TERRIBLE . Please do better in training people for BASIC customer service or just hire decent people. It will go out of business just due to how bad your customer service and lack of care is. No greeting, so rude, they sound like they hate their job, got the order wrong, forgot the biscuits , didn’t give me my receipt, I had to ask. And so much more! I will add the host MAKAYLA needs to be talked to or just retrained . Over all bad experience.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!! They are always trying to close the store down once it’s about an hour before they leave. HORRIBLE SERVICE, CASHIERS, EVERYTHING!!! Corporate needs to be involved, this location is awful!!!!

The staff was not listening to the manger at all and everyone was doing there own thing and not have food ready for the customer and the customer having to wait over 40mins for food and on top of that was not handing put the right orders.

People at the window are impatient to take orders. This chubby Manager guy was very rude and they act like they don’t want to do their job right . Do NOT come to this location , waste of time. Every time we come here it’s nothing but problems with the staff being rude and not offering polite service to customers, many other reviews support this. The establishment removes the bad reviews trying to make it seem like this is a respectable place when terrible service is WELL known here. Manager called me a obscenity after I cancelled my order and was pulling off. Lazy and sorry people.

I HATE THIS ONE ITS NASTY THE MANAGER HAVE A VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE. ITS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOTHING BUT KIDS WRK IN THERE AND THEY MESS OVER THE FOOD MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WASNT COOKED FULLY THROUGH FRIES WAS HARD AS EVER AND I NEED TO REPORT THAT MANAGER MS SMALL TO CORPORATE THEY NEED TO REPLACE HER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE WAS THE SAMEWAY WHEN SHE WORKED ON 70th street they really needs to closed Mansfield Rd down FROM THE FRONT COUNTER YOU SEE HOW NASTY IT IS AND IT WILL NEVER MAKE U GO TO MANSFIELD RD POPEYES AGAIN

Slow and the person on the mic you couldnt understand each other. Service was so slow we sat there for 20 minutes.

28 minute wait when told FIVE MINUTES on the inside. This is absolutely crazy. Watched 6 customers order food and leave. 3 customers sat down and ate. Then the manager is seen on camera setting her phone down ON THE LINE behind where product is made. POOR SANITATION ISSUE

7/19/25.... to the young men that was on shift around 8pm I salute these guys. I have had some bad experiences with fast food in the past but these guys are amazing. I had stopped eating out for a while because of bad experiences but these guys go above and beyond every time. The food was great and the service was even better. You never know what someone may be going through and simple things like kindness and good food can turn someone's day around. I see so much potential in these young men and I'm thankful to have such stellar individuals working at our neighborhood popeyes on mansfield rd. Thank you guys and God bless each and every one of you amazing young men. Always nice, respectful, and really take the time to make sure the orders are correct and food is quality. Popeyes should really invest in theses young gentlemen.

The drive thru workers today at 12:15 literally called me a big back after I ordered my meal and even after I confronted them they still laughed and chanted together big back big back. I left the drive thru line and I will never be back. I hope the staff is happy making their customers cry.
