Red beans & rice was delicious. Chicken tenders were the size of large nuggets with little breading. No honey for biscuits. Service was good. Very polite & helpful.

I went there at 5 pm and was informed that the only side available was mashed potatoes and that they were out of chicken sandwiches.

Had to wait for them to make the chicken only to get home and part of my order is missing. Drive back and have to wait for them to cook the 12 pc boneless wings they left out of my order. 9 times or of 10 my order is messed up in some form. The company should have to start reimbursing customers gas when they have to make a second trip to get the order right.

My very FIRST time eating at Popeyes . & I am completely satisfied. Came around lunch hour , restaurant was clean, service was nice , food was fresh. I have no complaints. I’m actually impressed , I see now why they was fighting over them

I'm a Uber driver I went to go pick and from Popeyes and the order was not ready. The manager was very rude, and her employees was outside smoking weed in front of customers instead of waiting on food to be ready. The manager also brought her small kids to work with her that cause major problem. The manager kept leaving the front counter to check on her kids that was running around in the lobby area. The workers kept running in and out just to smoke weed in front of the business. Manager is also cool with these employees. She needs to fired along with her employees as soon as possible.

Drive thru was full as well as the inside. Staff taking breaks and on their phones. This store needs to be closed or totally rehire all stay. Waiting over 30 minutes for something so easy. Staff always has poor attitude.

Cheap and delicious meal that I can't complain about, it doesn't look AS lively as it once did but it is still a place I'll always recommend for a quick chicken oriented craving whenever possible. Their menu, as you may assume, isn't super diverse but it has a majority of what you expect at a chicken centric fast food joint and that's alright with me.

so i walked in because I had a doordash, and the lobby was closed but i wasn’t aware of that because the door was open but the girl said i “ thought i locked the door”. so however, the manager was very rude and sassy talking about “ the lobby close you gone have to go through the drive thru”.. it’s a very ghetto environment in there. waited about 30 minutes to get the doordash order. pretty sure the food was cold.

This is a difficult review to write because we ate there twice this last week and the experience was night and day. My husband and I went last Sunday morning around 11:00. The people there were really nice, and other than the coke machine being on the fritz, they gave us a couple fresh cups of water to have with our meal and we dined in. The chicken was EXCELLENT. Hot, fresh and delicious with nice big pieces. The sides were equally exceptional.
Well, then I made the mistake of going back yesterday around 12:30 and went thru the drive thru. I requested 2 thighs, and the Cajun fries for my side. When I went to eat, they gave me a puny, greasy, old and cold breast and a leg. The fries would have been great if they weren't ice cold and greasy and the biscuit tasted "funny", so I didn't eat it either. What a disappointment after such a good dining experience just a few days before. I guess different employees and maybe no on site management that day????
