The crawfish was bland and seemingly scrimpy and did not look like 3 pounds, which is the minimum. Some were big, but that is about all I can say...

It's an "order at the counter, fix your own drink" kinda place. The staff did help with input on the dishes. The girl on the register doesn't eat fish. She was no help. My wife had fried shrimp. They looked good. She was happy. I had fried catfish fillet. I liked it. Lightly battered and fried. They could have been a little more crispy. The fries were ok. Just fries. The slaw was good. Fried Catfish- Very good. Hot and fresh. Just very small. The whole fillet was cut in half and sold as a two-piece. Not a two-piece at all. One piece sold as two. Would not buy it again only for this reason.
Crawfish Etouffe is tasty but has too much rice. Not a balanced proportion of Etouffe to rice.
