The young girl that waited on us has THE WORST attitude. We sat in the drive through a good 5 minutes & were never greeted. I finally asked “Hello, are y’all open” her response, “ Just order when you’re ready.” Very rude, literally did not speak to us except to say “here’s your bowl”. Also, there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS and it took close to 10 minutes to complete the order. The bowl was very sloppy & the smoothie was not full.

They were very unprofessional there. Took forever to take my order and make it. The 2 of the qimen working were screaming n hollering and cussing at each other over breaks. 1 of them got kicked out the store. Doing all of this in the back but load enough for everyone around to here what was going on clearly. Not all of them r like this. Just a couple. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR SURE!!!!!!!!

Just went here for lunch and to start out .. the A/C was not working or wasn’t on so it was miserably hot in there!! The place smelt absolutely horrible! I waited 30 mins for a bowl .. and then when i got it it had maybe 6 pieces of fruit , it was already melting && had little to no granola in it !!! This was absolutely ridiculous! Paid 13 dollars that bowl and sat in there waiting on it sweating because it was so hot for it to come out and look like it did was just awful! The workers that were in there was not very attentive! I stood up at the register before even being talked to for a good 5 mins!

I had an awesome visit to Smoothie King! The staff was super friendly and quick, and my smoothie was made perfectly. Even when they are really busy, you can see the staff is trying their best to get everyone’s smoothies out as quickly, but efficiently as possible. The place was clean and had a great vibe. Highly recommend for a tasty and energizing boost!
