I’ve been to this sonic three times in the past two weeks. The first time I pressed the red button and the woman answered and told me to pull through the driveway instead. The second and third time they came on to say that they were closed 2 hours before the listed hours online.

Waited like 20 min in car hop just to get our food and ordered through the app. Then the girl Kieana or however u spell it. Just tossed the good into my boyfriends hands and walked away. I get you somehow got behind but the food almost fell into my boyfriends lap cause she was walking away while still handing the food over. Had attitude when she came out. They need to make sure customers have the food in they hands instead of tossing it while walking away not saying have a good day or anything. Sonic used to be good

Slush was watery. It was hot. My friend tried to convince me to go to the other ones. Now I see why.

I just went to the drive through for a quick snack and was given terrible attitude. Seems like there should be an adjustment in management or more training. I was cut off before I finished ordering and then was hollered at to drive up by an employee and when I tried to finish my order they did take the wrest off my order but has the worst attitude the entire time. I just won’t be coming to this location again. Hopefully they can get some better customer service training

Service is always great here, as well as the food but it always takes so long. Shouldn't have to wait 10-15 minutes for "fast food".

I threw away over $30 worth of food when I got home. Deleated the app and won't be going back to Sonic on Line Ave again. If I could give it -5 I would. Cold, Old, and Burnt on top of it. Besides who puts mustard on a Patty Melt???

I've given this Sonic several tries and everytime is worse than the previous. I ordered a chicken slinger combo. My meal today was old, reheated, soggy bun and part of the chicken had been torn off as if someone had sampled it. Just nasty. I called and the manager on duty couldn't tell me when I could talk to the owner. He said that he would write up the cook. I seriously doubt that will happen but I won't be going back. I do not recommend this location!
