management is very rude, the app doesn’t work properly. for the past few times i have ordered through the app, be charged, and allowed to check in i have had to wait over 40 minutes for my food and nobody brings it out. they just stare at you through the window. the workers always seem to have an attitude.

I ordered a mini M&M blast in the drive through and was told my total was $7.83, when I pulled forward to the window I was met with a very rude woman. I asked about the total since usually a mini M&M blast is around $3, she proceeded to, in an extremely rude manner, repeat the total and told me to swipe my card. I then repeated that I was confused as to why a singular blast was that expensive, when she proceeded to say “2 M&M blasts is $7.83”. I stated that I only ordered one and she slammed the window in my face. Once she had the blast she shoved it into my hand and slammed the window again. Very rude.

So I went and got two burgers for me and my fiance and when I started my order whoever took it let out a audible sigh as if it's too much work for them to do their job. But once we got back we start eating an there was a little green piece of what looked and felt like fishing like inside of the burger
So don't waste your time or money at this location cause there's no respect and no assurance your food won't have stuff in it.

It took over 30 minutes to get five drinks when we ordered ahead through the app. One drink was missing. We finally got that. Got home to find that half the other drinks were wrong too. We had to ring in three times to get the missing drink. The first time the staff just hung up. The second they said they got it but never came out with the drink. The third time they finally got it after way too long trying to figure out. Will not be back.

I stopped by at 6:30 this morning. I ordered a Brioche sandwich with bacon, tots and a Large Coke. The only thing that was correct was the coke. I was going to check my receipt and realized the cashier did not give me the receipt. Seems like there was a reason, huh? I tried to eat it but it was cold and hard.

There are around 15 Sonics in the Shreveport/Bossier area and this one is easily in the bottom 3 along with the Mansfield rd sonic and E kings sonic. The only plus is that it is one of the sonics that doesn't close until 12, but that is the only plus. Ordering food is a nightmare because you can't hear what the worker is saying because of all of the other co-workers in the background screaming at each other over the mic, and the person taking the order can barely hear you either. I had to literally SCREAM at the intercom and he still couldn't understand what I said. I screamed at the top of my lungs "VANILLA MILKSHAKE!" ...."Um, sir did you say Dr. Pepper?"..."NO!! VANILLA MILKSHAKE!!"...."Sir, I can barely hear you it still sounds like Dr. Pepper" ugh...."VANNNIIILLLAAAAA MIILLLLKSSSHHHAAKKEEE!!!!!!!" ..."oh you want a shake ok got it" brings me out the wrong shake....... I got a number 2 with tater tots and a shake for the drink. Every single part of the order I got was wrong. The burger was missing everything it was just patties and cheese, they gave me fries instead of tots, and the wrong shake, and honestly I'm very lenient like it wouldn't be that big of a deal but my GOD the food was horrible, like easily some of the worst sonic food I've ever had the burger made me want to throw up, the fries were nasty and the shake didn't taste right at all. I know it may be a hassle, but go to the Barksdale sonic instead, you'll have a wayyy better experience.

I ordered online and was not able to put a stall number on the website. I called the number on the stall, and was spoke to very rudely. The lady I spoke with did not give me a name. I told her I had an online order and she said okay. We then sat in silence. I was then told she needed some other type of information all of this being said extremely rude. I was then hung up on after telling her my stall number. After sitting for a few minutes I was approached by another lady who again had an attitude. I could barely hear her and she rolled her eyes at me. I will not be coming back due to the rudeness of this place.
