The drive thru person messed up my drink. ( cherry limeade. No cherry no lime. Sour drink. I told him something was wrong with the drink and he told me that it was fine. I told him it wasn't. He said yep it was. I buy them everything. So I no better. But I drove off at happy hour. Pissed.

Terrible service. Sat in the stall button pressed for a while. Had time to fill out a bad survey with the qr code and write this review and still have not been helped. Will not come back... hell I may leave before I even get to order.... but then I'd have to go drive somewhere else and I am on limited time....

This sonic is so bad i would not recommend and the manager david collins is a pathetic excuse of a manager. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I went to this location and many of the screens were not working and so when it came up to add a tip you couldn't press anything because they didn't work. I contacted the manager David Collins which his name, picture and number is on the screens if there was any problems. I feel like he is a condescending small person that doesn't seem to really care about his employees and when you mention solutions or workarounds to a problem, he became a smart-ass and then got aggressive on the phone and didn't want to listen to a customer essentially. Mentioning that the employees are missing out on potential extra money, he just really didn't seem to care. It seemed like as he became what he believed in intellectual smart ass with a customer when presented with potential solutions or something that might help the situation. Even went on to say they've been aware of this problem and they're working on fixing it. I mentioned I'll check on it next week and he said wow that's not going to happen. So another week of punishing his employees and being a smart-ass if you bring it up that this might be poor management. So if the gentleman is wondering why there's so many bad reviews that I've seen at this location, maybe sticking up for the employee and doing the right thing and not being a smart-ass to customers and rude would help the situation. He's acting like a middlemanagement first time Bully shift leader at a low-grade fast food restaurant. I think everyone should expect better from Sonic America's drive in. Although with the state of the world, maybe it truly is a reflection of America and how things are being ran. Very disappointed.

I pushed the button to order and waited 15 minutes. I know I activated the button correctly because the screen said it was and my order will be taken shortly but they never did. I had to leave because I was in a time crunch. Very disappointed. I went back a few hours later to order when I had time and waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order, drove to a stall and waited another 5 minutes before someone finally took my order. Someone came out with my food 20 minutes later and it was wrong, I asked them to remove the chili cheese wrap since I didn’t order it and replace it with what I ordered originally. The girl left for 10 minutes and came back with no food and told me my total, I paid and she walked away. 20 minutes later I still hadn’t gotten any of my food and couldn’t leave because the girl took my money so I had to call the owner to figure out what was wrong. Some angry lady came out asking questions about what was happening all rude, asked for the total again and got pissy when I told her I already paid. Waited another 20 minutes for my food and finally got the food. I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a small cheddar peppers, pretzel twist, chicken queso wrap, and a large chili cheese fry.

Gave me a half empty drink . It was suppose to be coke but tasted more like dirty water. And the employee was very rude.
