The young girl that was car hoping tonight 3/30/24 at the youree dr. Sonic was very rude and short with me 2 diff times i tried to order food. Well the second time after i pushed the botton she didnt say anything she just hung up the mic. So the 3rd time she was just as short and rude. Just wanted to post this and hope the manager sees this! I use to be a carhop. This job isnt that serious but if you want a good tip you dont wanna be rude to your customers!

Every time l try to order from this location there a ‘technical difficulty’ when trying to pay on the Sonic app. It is usually the closest one to me and it has happened the last nine times I have tried to oder. I will end up ordering at the Sonic on Barksdale Hwy across the river, and there is no issue therr nor is there an issue with any other locations. What is going on at this location with their own app?

In my own honest opinion... This is the best sonic in all of Shreveport/Bossier. With the worst being on Mansfield road.This sonic does every single thing they're supposed to do, they're friendly, they're courteous, they're very quick. Next time you order through the app, make sure to tip them something! It doesn't have to be a lot, but something! Truly, they deserve it. Awesome manager too! He is on the ball with his crew.
Sonic is one of our favorite fast food places to eat. I love the selections and being able to pull up, park, order, and get the food brought to the car. The food was delicious and the onion rings were perfect.

RUDE! UGLY! and DISRESPECTFUL!I had a big order and the girl taking our order had an attitude as she was taking our order. When she brings it out to me she HALF reads the recipt and tells me "I dont feel like reading all that..your total is.."I looked at the recipt and I told her what was incorrect, which wasnt much. She storms off with an attitude back into the place. After all of that, She brings the food back out and the order is still incorrect! They did not give me everything I ordered and on top of that a mini coke.. I said where is my large coke she said, " we aint feel like doing all of that"... and with her terrible attitude she said "have a blessed night"Oh, her name is MIKAYLA. She also likes to give people the stank eye..

Inconsistent at best.Some days it's done right. Other days will make you wonder if you should return.Example: order a slushie get a cherry limeade pop style.Order via the app and they'll microwave all they can and hand off old food versus making it even if they can't find the order.

I ordered an orange slushie. I repeated it a minimum of three times. I received a blood orange with redbull slushie.I have heart problems and can’t drink energy drinks. I ended up having to dump the slushie out. I hope this is taken seriously and you let your employees know that they need to comfirm redbull being put in drinks before someone has an emergency situation.

I typically visit this sonic frequently and I order the same thing a small shake but everytime I come here it takes 30 mins to get through the drive thru and 30 mins for someone to bring it if ordered from a stall.....one girl was high and couldn't function she kept bringing the wrong orders out......terrible experience never coming back.
