Our company planned our Christmas lunch at this location several months ago. When they decided to only be open for dinner we called just to confirm they would still offer lunch for our party. They assured us they would honor the reservation. Then, just four days before the party we called again to make sure they would be ready for us. Do not believe the bad reviews. I eat here 2-3 times a month and it has become my favorite restaurant in town.

Sonora Prime offers an amazing dining experience with attentive service and constant drink refills. The delicious cuts of meat appear frequently, and the Pineapple Upside Down Cake is wonderful. The garlic parm beef and garlic parm chicken are great, though some meats are fatter than desired with a mild smoked flavor. Cocktails at the bar have many selections, classic and modern. The different varieties of meat are enjoyable, and the salad and fruits bar is amazing, with servers offering meat every five minutes. However, one visit had no constant rotation of meat, serving only once, and all meats other than chicken are served medium rare. An incident occurred where a server accidentally cut a guest with the knife, and the manager did not accommodate drinks, only providing bandages. For the price, some would not go back.
