I just stopped in here with my daughter to get some drinks. The two individuals working on May 22 2025 at 1:30pm served us an XL frap and a medium cold coffee. They were so nice and very patient with my child and I taking forever to pick out what we wanted lol. Our drinks were the best Ive ever had and I am regular customer. Everything was clean and stocked and in good working order. What’s so crazy is that upon being rung up on the register and while going to pay (I used my debit card) I realized there was never an option for me to tip while using my card which irritated me because the service I was receiving was so great. I deff don’t think these employees should be missing out on multiple opportunities to be tipped when they are working so hard and so well. Starbucks you should fix this. Good work and good employees are hard to find and these two deserve better. None the less my 12 year old ran back to the car and dug some ones out her purse so we weren’t leaving them with nothing which what would happened BECAUSE THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY TO TIP WITH MY CARD. I hope these two employees get recognized for their hard work. They made our day with how delicious these drinks are. We just finished them in the parking lot while writing this review !

Bunch of liberals hide behind the counter two minutes before closing too lazy to make a coffee at quitting time.

Brennen said he wasn’t taking anymore orders over 23 minutes before close according to Google (8:37pm, says they close at 9.) but said they were already closed. So we shopped around and I noticed he was just chilling on the clock until close time, not that he was actually already closed.

I've never ordered a coffee until today!! Not being a coffee drinker, I explained to Sammi who helped me at counter, I had no idea what I was doing. Told her I was a newbie to this and she was incredible!! I chose a pistachio and it was amazing!!! She and I think we should have a "Newbie" nite for incoming coffee drinkers who are clueless on sizes, flavors etc. A night to learn the lingo and ease into Starbucks mainstream!! lolSammi is the greatest!! The world needs more of her!!!

Terrible customer service. The Barista didn't acknowledge that I was there waiting to place an order. She didn't say hello, I'll be right there, nothing. She honestly looked like she wished I'd just leave. I waited 5 minutes before I gave up on placing an order and left.

Terrible, terrible customer service, was with family member and the rudeness of the barista, was unacceptable. Ordered online, order wasn't ready when we went thru drive-thru. Had been sitting in line 22 minutes already and was told order wasn't ready and we'd have to come inside. Well, took another 6 minutes to get thru drive thru, stopped and checked at window, tried to cancel order, was told to call customer service, to cancel, so we told him, Scott we'll be in to pick order upAfter an additional 8 minutes, order still wasn't ready. Needless to say, I will never go here again. Thanks for letting me vent. Sorry for the bad review, but have NEVER had an interaction like this at any Starbucks.

So thankful for patient children in love with cake pops! We were the 4th car in drive thru and waited for more than 30 minutes for 2 cake pops and 2 cake loafs. The car in front of us took just as long for ONE coffee! We finished the drive thru missing an item! I went inside to retrieve it and noticed how dull and boring the ambiance was. Only one customer ordering. No “fast food” restaurant should move SOOOO incredibly slowly!!!

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The two ladies working on June 18 around 1pm need more training. I tried to be patient while talking her through how to make my drink but it was made incorrectly so I decided to get a refund. When asking for the refund I was met with attitude even though I was calm the entire time because trust me I know how dealing with customers all day can get. If y’all want Starbucks try next door at B&N. It’s more expensive but they make it right.

Angela is so nice and awesome at her job!! She was working by herself tonight, but was still on top of everything!! She deserves a raise and our kudos!

I just paid $12 for 2 coffees aka sugar water that I just had dump down the drain. Had absolutely no coffee flavor. I could have just thrown my money down a garbage disposal and been more satisfied.
My friend ordered an iced caramel macchiato and the server Angela didn’t fix it right she gave her hot and had an attitude. And the cup was half full. I tried calling customer service but no one picked up.
I just got coffee from Biana,Tyesha,and Kayla this has been the best experience of my hole day I don't think I've ever meet such a nice group of girls

Hurried stop. They were out of the necessaries for first couple requests.Left with a caramel, ice cream bomb.It was a sugar hill I climbed, but felt like I just left DQ.Not letting this event dictate all. Going back again soon to try again. Challenge is they are in a store and out of product... I sensed her frustration.
