Ordered online and it was ready in less than 10 minutes when I arrived! The Caramel Brulee Latte is amazing, especially paired with their sugar plum Danish!

I love going to this Starbucks so much!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one but I really enjoy the employees that work the night shift! They are always so nice and they always answer my questions about the menu! I love this Starbucks because it feels like everyone cares! I really miss the music selection they had though! With the amazing customer service, the friendly night crew, and great music this makes this Starbucks the best!

I've been going in and ordering coffee from Starbucks for years now. I spend better than 40.00 dollars a ticket and this is three times a week. I went in on 09/14/2025 to purchase coffee and a meal. I walked to the counter, and the young lady was talking to a friend or coworker as the friend was showing her something. She soon turns to ask me and said, how can I help you, with a dry and unfriendly look on her face went on to give her my order and she seem to be a hard time reading the screen. I asked her to repeat my order to me to ensure she had it correct, as I repeated it several times. She said, no worries, I have it. As I walked to my table to wait for my order, I noticed that my order was incorrect, she gave me Swiss ham baguett instead of a croissant bacon. I walked back to the counter to correct the ticket; she gets upset and tell me in front of everyone that I asked for ham. We went back and forth about me being wrong. A mod came up to help with the situation and explained to her that she had the wrong item on my ticket, he apologized, she was still upset while rolling her eyes at me. I will not go back in this location or any other location. Customers pay for service not bad attiutes.

Watch them make your drink if you can. When they are busy or feel stress they will use whatever milk is around. This is the 2nd time they have used whole milk instead of soy or oat milk as requested. I watched her make my drink and specifically asked if they used oat milk. She said she did and got an attitude. Now I’m having digestive problems as her whole milk drink triggered my lactose intolerance. I went in and got a refund. Their service is trash and I’m so tired of it.

Steven was the kindest barista! Out of an abundance of gastrointestinal caution, I asked him to remake my soy latte today. Not only did he remake it, he made me feel so seen as someone with wildly unpredictable lactose intolerance! lol Thank you for indulging my paranoia, Steven. It turns out, you were probably right that the first drink was soy. It just didn’t taste familiar because you make excellent latte foam, which I haven’t had at my local Starbucks for years.

Why is it that this is the only location I've even been to that gets sissy with customers for putting in mobile orders? And act rude when I point out that I pulled into line exactly when the app told me to. Told me not to pull up and essentially block the drive through line because it was an inconvenience for them to start my drink right then. They would have had to make it right then regardless of me ordering ahead or as I ordered at the drive through. The batista said management told her to start telling mobile order people that they need to wait longer before getting in line. No ma'am. You can make my drink just like every other location does. What difference does it make?????? The rude behavior and treatment of long time rewards member and paying customers is atrocious.

The staff was not knowledgeable about the menu. I have been given an iced drink when I have ordered a latte multiple times at this location, and they couldn’t answer simple questions. As a side note, do not go here if you have any allergies or if you are lactose intolerant. The staff will not take you seriously.

“Tracy” or “Stacy” needs to work on her customer service. Of course people are going to come order drinks they’ve seen online but there is no reason to be mad about that or have an attitude. They’re weren’t even busy. She did not give me a receipt, another cashier had to.

I ordered the Lavender Frappe and it was absolutely delicious 😋 my daughter got the dragon fruit drink she enjoys and she really appreciated how they took their time to make it right and presentable. She bragged on how they put time and effort into their work.

Barista at drive thru taking orders on 2/22/25 has an attitude is rude and made my experience awful. Needless to say I refused to be treated the way I was treated and left.
