Barista at drive thru taking orders on 2/22/25 has an attitude is rude and made my experience awful. Needless to say I refused to be treated the way I was treated and left.

Kind service from people anytime I go.
There's comfortable waiting area with clean tables chairs rest room, and wifi. Usually leave before I really want to because of the amenities, and fast service

I put an online order for a counter pickup, drove to the store , then found the door is closed due to the weather , with a long line in the drive through , I already paid my order an it is ready for pickup why let me stay in the line with customer who didn’t pay yet for their order , while my coffee will go cold . It is very simple , if you are not able to mange the counter service please close the online order until fix your issue . And don’t surprise your customers and trapping them in the line to pickup their paid orders . In addition, I called the store asking to open the door to come inside to pickup the order or cancel it , they said that I must to call the customer service to cancel it . So I must work for a while to refund the the coffee price that I didn’t take due their problem and addition to time and driving .

Did a mobile order for two of the summer lemonade refreshers. One with strawberry puree. We had strawberry puree in both. And raspberry pearls in just one. This used to be the main Starbucks to go to. F that I'm going to the kings location. Workers want all this money but you want to do less actual work. Ridiculous for the amount of money you pay.

Love to stop by for breakfast after church. Great food, friendly service, and nice to eat outside. They always get our customized orders perfect. Usually better to order ahead of time on the app as they get super busy.

I love starbucks but on multiple occasions at this store over the past 2 years I've lived here, I wait 20+ minutes for my food and then don't get it until I ask for it. I will actually go in, sit down, and do a mobile order instead because my food never gets forgotten that way.

I ordered online a chocolate croissant and came directly inside because I placed the order outside in my car sat down inside two other ladies came up and ordered way past when I did and they got their food before mine so I canceled my order and got my money back.
