I come here a lot, I would recommend ordering on the APP beforehand, especially in the mornings because it’s always busy with wait times. Baristas are kinda though!

The barista that was taking orders at 10AM in the morning lied to paying customers that they are out of a product and when they really were not! Some of the most “UNPROFESSIONAL” morning crew that I have “EVER” came across when it comes to customer service at a STARBUCKS, which I spend lots of money with. The product I was told that they were out of I was able to order it on the app and was able to pick it up on the inside with no issues. When I walked in I explained to them what happened and they refused to give me the manager’s information! This is disgusting and they should NOT represent this company this way! I think the lady that took my order and lied that they were out of this product thought it was funny! She knows who she is and I hope she loses her job!

Would not recommend, waited 20 minutes for a vanilla bean coffee frozen just to get straight vanilla bean and then told I'd have to wait extra to have it fixed while the lady chit chatted with her friends.Trashy service.

At 5:40 we had just came from dinner and all were looking forward to Starbucks for our new Coffee Drinks! And shopping. So sad they said they were closing and wiping everything down. ?

So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! Not one that either of us will soon forget!!
Brought my younger brother (who has autism) here to sit with some coffee while my grandmother went to her doctor’s appointment. My brother is very fond of the Starbucks cappucino bottles you can get at gas stations. I asked if there was a way to get something similar to that, as I’d never really ordered from Starbucks before. One of the workers picked up on the situation and figured out what we wanted very quickly. He loves the drink he got, and my drink was very good too! Great service and very friendly with good drinks.

The two employees seemed to be moving awfully slow. They should take advantage of a couple shots of Expresso! I didn't order and bought a zero redbull instead.
