I ordered a regular coffee there and I thought it was hot and I left the base and I thought it was going to be good and it was cold brewed coffee was cold make sure when you order from this establishment again that your coffee is hot that was a very very bad experience

Service and overall quality has not been the same since the tall blonde barista left. I’ve had to go to an off base Starbucks multiple times because of these issues. She was the only one who seemed consistent on beverage quality and her speed was always more than excellent and now it is merely mediocre at best.

My spouse ordered and picked up a drink for me, however, the personnel on duty (19 Jul 24 @ 1130) did not add the label to the drink order and there were no other identifiable information on the cup. This error made it impossible to verify if the drink was mine or if it contained the proper ingredients (free of allergens).
To reduce the risk of consuming something that would result in me becoming ill, we reordered the drink from a different Starbucks.
I recommend adhering to the proper company protocols and if deviations must occur employees adequately communicate with the customers.
Quality of service is everything and for the amount of money customers pay for Starbucks, the price point demands the highest quality of service.
Visit at least once a week, never any issues, friendly service.

Came in last week to grab my favorite- an iced chai latte with brown sugar and oat milk, and was greeted warmly by the two employees on staff. They suggested an iced chai with chestnut praline since they were out of the brown sugar and it was so good! I also got a double smoked bacon and that was fine as well. Will definitely be back!

Today On Mother’s Day went to Starbucks Barksdale AFB , it’s the most disgusting frappe I ever ordered there . So disappointed, it’s has no taste and it got some kind of crumbs . I couldn’t turn around to return it because I’m already off base .. so the trash can is enjoying it ..

Not a “real” Starbucks, despite appearances. Drinks not consistent with SB standards. Specialty drinks have way too much milk, little flavor, shots wrong. Don’t under shaken espresso. Think that butter is still an option when requesting “non-dairy” bagel. Don’t understand the difference between “cream” and 2% milk. Sad.
