Store: Starbucks Mansfield Road Shreveport Louisiana. I have a complainant regarding an employee, Rasheed. Last Friday I entered this location. Rasheed made small talk that was genuine, authentic & sincere - I can feel when a comment is genuine. In the end I felt the personalized experience made me eager to return - like this Friday. Having been to Starbucks throughout the US, this is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most professional. Staff is cheerful, drinks and eggs were served quick and a recommended Matcha was tried and we loved it!

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and breakfast egg, bacon, and potatoe burrito. The food was on point! It was hot fresh, and then the coffee was delicious as usual. Here's where I had an issue... the person who received my payment was short with me. He rushed me, and I was trying to get to my app on my phone. Then he pressed about the page that says leave a tip.
