Taco Bell in Shreveport

“Ok so I ordered two soft tacos, a thing, a nacho, a dessert thingy and a Baja blast freeze. I do not drink blue raspberry and they gave me no chips for my nachos and they blue raspberry freeze. I am very disappointed. The service is horrible but the food we did get was “

“The cashier working tonight was so polite and friendly. Was an extremely pleasant experience compared to most fastfood restraunts!!! Seems like this Taco Bell is like this every time I go. Don't know who's in charge over there, but it seems like they keep the employees happy?“

“Not the friendliest bunch of employees. They rather talk between themselves then help the guests. Waited 7 minutes before I was actually said hi to. Then a other 5 minutes to take my order. But the food was good. But they were a little skimpy on the meat.“

“As per fast food places go this was pretty standard for the most part. Had to stop buy to get the wife some food and her complex order was spot on with zero issues. The location is always clean and the staff is always on point. Polite and helpful they are amazing.“

“Friendly staff we all know Taco Bell is a commercial type of fast food joint. But the menu items are pretty good and I like the fact that they don't force you to use the computer screen to make your order they still keep your traditional you have the option to use the machine or a person can take your order. And other states you literally talk to no one you can't find what you want on this stupid computer screen and eventually you give up lots of people walk in notice that nobody's going to physically talk to them the staff ignores you and you leave.“

It's Taco Bell. It's better than McDonald's and cheaper than Wendy's. I'm honestly not wild about their burritos anymore, I used to love them but it seems they changed the ingredients several years ago and they're way too beany now. The crunchy tacos and those little cinnamon things are the best thing to get at Taco Bell imho. The taco salad and gorditas are pretty good too. Taco Bell soda always tastes a bit off to me, like it's too watery or halfway flat or something. It's not just at this location either, all Taco Bell soda leaves something to be desired.

I've never been inside this location as I'm a drive thru person. The outside of the store always looks really clean and well cared for. The drive thru area is also nice.

I don't eat here often, just when the mood strikes, but every time I've been here the drive thru people have been great. They seem very efficient and they're always friendly. They've only made one mistake the whole time I've been going there and it was only that they accidentally gave me an extra iced tea and when I told them I only ordered one they let me keep the extra one for free so I have a hard time even calling that a mistake. They never forget to give me straws, sauce, or napkins. The line moves fast. The food is always still hot when I get home (I live about 5 mins from there.)

I wouldn't trust them with my life but I would definitely let them pet my dog. Not that they would ever do that while they're working, these people are professionals.

Vegetarian options: I had no idea vegetarian options were available.

Dietary restrictions: Idk, I don't have any dietary restrictions.

Parking: The parking lot is usually mostly empty when I've been there, it appears most people use the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Idk if it's kid friendly, I've never taken a kid here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a place for wheelchair users to access the store from the parking lot but I don't know if the doors are easy to open for wheelchair users because I've never actually gone inside this location.“

“The food was great, but could have been greater if I did not have to go through a semi-long conversation over a coupon, A TACO BELL coupon. My taste for taco bell went from 100 to 85. But the supervisor solved the coupon mystery (?), and was nice & professional about it. After a LONG DAY of work, I was able to semi-enjoy my taco combo :-)“
