Taco Bell in Shreveport

“Not the friendliest bunch of employees. They rather talk between themselves then help the guests. Waited 7 minutes before I was actually said hi to. Then a other 5 minutes to take my order. But the food was good. But they were a little skimpy on the meat.“

“Some of the employees don't understand the concept of Customer Service. One cashier was chewing gum, one was not very polite, and the on-duty manager was not interested in hearing my complaint about the cashier taking the order through the drive-through being curt, almost rude.“

“They forgot stuff in my order. I asked the guy who brought it out after I had to pull up and I got home and all be dang if they didn't forget my autistic sons plain cheese wrap so I ended up having to cook anyway to make him something before we could eat ours. So always check just to be sure“

“To lady that works in drive thru: thank you for paying for my food. You didn't have to do that! I know you over heard me saying I want to pay for the people in front of me. I was doing that as a kind gesture and shown people there are still good people in the world and you proved that as well. Thank you truly!“

“Friendly staff we all know Taco Bell is a commercial type of fast food joint. But the menu items are pretty good and I like the fact that they don't force you to use the computer screen to make your order they still keep your traditional you have the option to use the machine or a person can take your order. And other states you literally talk to no one you can't find what you want on this stupid computer screen and eventually you give up lots of people walk in notice that nobody's going to physically talk to them the staff ignores you and you leave.“

“I have to say that the manager Ron for only been there for three weeks needs a raise, cause he done an outstanding service after we had a miss communication with the cashier due to the mic cutting out. I wish him the best and hopes that the has a wonderful night Mr. Ron other employees should be like Mr. Ron he truly went far beyond we appreciate you, Mr. Ron have a great rest of your night. “We've been going here for years. Not regularly, but maybe before a movie or whatever we may be doing on that side of town.

Every visit wasn't always top notch - what place is ?? But, they've mostly been good visits or we would not keep going back.

Gotta watch the taco supremes, supreme,. They get chincy on the tomatoes sometimes. And maybe the sour cream gets on the outside of the shell.

But, overall the food is as expected and hits the spot.

The store is kept clean - as is the parking lot. Now, I go during the day so I dunno what busy nights might be like 😁

Not sure how to rate the service part. I mean, I ordered my meal myself, so I can't really rate the store on that, can I 😆 I did most excellent, tho. I was a little slow, but I think I might get better with time.

The food was really good. I get taco supreme.
Sometimes the be chincy with the ingredients. The shells were actually full ! The first thing I always notice is tomatoes. And there they were !! Enough that if a coupla fell off I still had enough to taste 😂

We go here every so often. I gotta say, the store is always clean.
I hate having to order myself. As I did earlier, I am kinda slow. I don't see do well and I certainly don't know entree everything is 😒“
