Taco Bell in Bossier City

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.

It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.“

“We ordered a burrito supreme x2. My mom is 85 and a picky eater. She loves sour cream. I ordered the burrito thinking she would love it with the sour cream. We both had one bite with sour cream in it and it was the very last bite. They were average friendliness. Nothing extra. No extra smiles and barely any eye contact. They were doing their job and saving money by skimping on the sour cream I guess. Was that management or something else? With the prices of fast foods these days, skimping on the sour cream won't be getting new orders from us.“

“Was hands down the best taco bell I've ever eaten. And I've said that before pertaining to this same establishment, however it's been years since I last ate here. Great to see they're consistently producing the highest quality....

Parking: Plenty of spots to park, but the easy access to and from the highway and interstate is remarkable.“

“Always the quickest drive through and great ladies working the window and front counter! Love stopping here for lunch. AND this Taco Bell and the Taco Bell on Stockwell road are the only ones I can order a chalupa from and it not be old and stale!“

“Literally the best Taco Bell in bossier. I live in south bossier but work in north bossier/haughton and I always go to this one. The food is always piping hot and they have never messed up my order. The people at the window are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in fast food since COVID. If there are any members of leadership reading this, I came in on 7/22/26 around 12:30 PM and would compliment every person working if I knew their names! The woman at the window let me know they were out of rockstar (I placed a mobile order) and asked if I’d like her to make a different sort of fruit fusion drink, which was very nice of her. I only ordered the drink for the energy, so without the rockstar I wouldn’t care for it. So instead I asked if I could have a Baja instead. She upsized it to make sure I wasn’t losing out on value being that the energy drinks are more expensive. So nice of her! And the food was just so fresh and hot.“
