As per fast food places go this was pretty standard for the most part. Had to stop buy to get the wife some food and her complex order was spot on with zero issues. The location is always clean and the staff is always on point. Polite and helpful they are amazing.

I had the correct receipt in my bag, but nothing in the bag matched what was on the receipt. I gave the service a 3 star because my order was not correct, but other than everything on my order being wrong, the staff were friendly, and it was busy. Usually, I check my order when I go through the drive-thru, but they had me pull around to the front door and brought it out to me. I didn't have time to return it because I was on my lunch break.

I honestly eat taco bell way too often, at least 5 times a week. With that being said this is easily one of the best locations in Shreveport / Bossier. Orders are always correct and the ladys that are usually in the drive through in the afternoon especially are super sweet. I also am very particular with my food and request a lot of sides and modifications. They get it right every time!
