Georgina is amazing! She made a long night seem so short. We had a three hour delay and she ensured we were well taken care of during our stay at Tailwind. I noticed the signs with employees of the month and I didn’t see Georgina’s name. I would love to nominate her because she truly made my time at the airport, with the consistent delays, more enjoyable!
Gina is by far the biggest asset to this establishment. She is fast, friendly and great under high stress/traffic situations. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I hardly cared because Gina was such a pleasure. The food is excellent as well.
I have come through the Shreveport airport a few times and have had the pleasure of Kristine waiting on me. It's usually in the morning and I appreciate her being so friendly and kind.
