The Glass Hat is a wonderful stop for breakfast or lunch, the prices are fair and the food is great. Our entire board of directors frequents here regularly. The owner Andy is a top notch good guy, and BeBe is our favorite waitress. 10/10
I loved the calmness and energy they on top of great food.

Quiet little place in downtown. Very decent prices with above average food. Limited menu, friendly staff. Would go again.

My experience was great! We came hungry so the portion size was pretty good. The food may have taken awhile but, it went unnoticed because our crew didn’t come just to eat. We came to chat and enjoy each other’s company. I’ll be sure to return for the delicious food, great atmosphere and excellent service.

I have been looking forward to this place for months, but today I was more than upset. The waffle was cold and small, eggs were not even seasoned, millionaires bacon is a rip off. Stay home make your own eggs and bacon with brown sugar on top. Honestly wish we had went to IHOP instead. The prices are not accommodating for the food you get. This place was really marketed well... but, never again.

Ordered the Build Your Own Omelet and it made my tummy very happy.
Alex the chef prepared it just as I ordered it and the country potatoes were fresh and delicious.
Stevie was so polite and friendly towards me.
I will definitely order this again.

The absolute worst service ive ever received!! Waited over 30 min just to get a server to our table. The server didnt even know we were her table. Then waited over an hour for our food. We asked 3-4 times where our food was. Kept being told its coming. Server kept blaming it on the cooks!!! Saying our ticket got lost. Not one time did a manger come to our table to even check on us. There was one sever who did keep checking on us. She was great. I would never suggest going here!!! The sevice is aweful.
We stopped in for breakfast this morning. We understand wait times, we waited around 15 minutes to be seated. No problem but then we are seated and got nothing. It wasn’t that busy at the time. We waited around 20 minutes watching no one really get service or food before we decided to take off. Never got greeted by a server or drinks just sat there for the wonderful experience. Two waitresses were arguing- one girl with black hair and a bun on top of her head was yelling at one in a pink shirt named Tammy telling her she shouldn’t touch her table if it’s not hers. Then she yelled across the restaurant at Tammy, “Here’s your table Tammy! And these tables here!” Obviously she was mad at Tammy for trying to take her table or something. Yeah just went downhill from there because apparently no one knew who had our table since we never got service.

It’s a cute space, the breakfast food is not very good and they were out of the Mediterranean toast we ordered. It’s extremely slow and the service is chaotic if I’m trying to be nice. It’s extremely loud. We won’t be going back.
