Our evening at The Vintage at Bally's in Shreveport was absolutely amazing. Our waiter, Ben, made the evening perfect as always. The meal was the highlight of the two day visit.
I eat here at least once a week for the past six years please disregard the one star reviews that you see about this place and consider the source because this restaurant is fantastic. In every way the server will memorize your order. They know exactly what you drink if you become a regular. I have never ever had a bad meal from the vintage. We don’t gamble we come to this restaurant because of the chef and the staff… Food is great as a regular of so many years at least once...
This was a first for us. The service was impeccable, but the food was lacking. In particular the ribeye steak. The texture was more of a thick flat iron steak. The ribeye lacked marbling and was on the bland side of taste. The Caesar salad was actually very flavorful with a bit of spice to it. The AuGrautin potatoes were very good and full of flavor as well, although some were thick and undercooked. The steak was unfortunately the cornerstone of the meal and sadly fell flat on...
