We had the pleasure of stopping and trying Totally Taters in the mall recently, and despite being short-staffed with only one employee working, the service was exceptional! The staff member took our order quickly, prepared everything fresh, and had it ready for us in a timely manner.
We ordered the Cajun Shrimp Baked Potato with Polynesian sauce and the Brisket Nachos, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and well-seasoned. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area—you won't be disappointed!

Order thru doordash. Not only did I get it within 20 minutes of ordering but the food was phenomenal. I mean the chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese is absolutely so good. I good that I called up there just to tell them how good they did and I NEVER do that

We ordered through Grub Hub, and did not receive everything that we ordered. That didn’t set things off very well. What we did order was honestly barely edible. The “bacon” on the potatoes seemed like precut salad ham or something. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day but that ruined the meal. There’s a big difference in baked potatoes with nice crispy bacon on them vs fatty ham pieces….

Food was great however. I ordered through door dash. My coworker ordered first and i saw what he got and it looked good! So he got the build your own potato with just chicken (which is $6 more) he received a good size portion of chicken. When i ordered i did the chicken ($6) and the brisket ($7.20) i expected to receive the same amount of chicken as he did plus a similar portion of brisket. However my food came in the same size container with half chicken and brisket. It should come in a larger container with more accurate portion sizes
