Food was great. The drinks were a lot bigger than I thought they would be but I'm definitely not complaining. Everyone there was nice. My sister's order was messed up but they corrected without any issue. If I want just visiting Shreveport to see family, I would definitely go back.

Just horrible. This place is going down. First, Mens bathroom, disgusting. Ordered the 12 wings, three flavors. It's like the chicken wings are old, or precooked, then overcooked or refried in the grease to boot. My son's waffle fries were "hard and cold" according to his 13 year old self. Get it together. This place was great, maybe it was a miss tonight. It seems to be hit or miss which is just sad, because the food can be really good.

First of all I ordered gator tacos. In a party of 6 my food was the last to come out and it was cold. Everyone was done eating, I ordered gator and got shrimp the server said the Cook asked if I was allergic to the shrimp as if it would even matter. 0 outta 10 I would never recommend.

Our waitress (Jasmine) was awesome. It was a little loud at times but there was a party of 15 guys next to us, nothing bad just guys having a good. The food was great!!

Trucker Drivers passing through on our way to our delivery. Ordered the "Devil on horseback" appetizer to start & it was decent. Shrimp was a good size. My husband had Crawfish Atchafalaya. Said his was okay could of used more crawfish in it. I ordered Catfish Atchafalaya & I was not pleased with it. Didn't have no flavor. Disappointed in it & didn't finish it. The service was good & the atmosphere as well. Plenty of tvs for sporting events. We were excited to try this franchise. But it was a bust! As truck driver's whom drive coast to coast & have tried a variety of different foods & franchise chains, we will leave this one off our list. My bill ended up being $55.00 with two glasses of water. A waste of our money.
Manager was rude as hell to a handicap lady & kicked her out of the restaurant bc her walker was taking up too much room. It ruined my appetite and I had to leave before I smacked that kid in the jaw. The way he talked to that lady, he should be ashamed of himself.

2/9/24 they were the only restaurant that didn't have electric services. I placed an online order. When I arrived they were telling us that they apologize and we would have to call back for refund info. So not only am I out of 40.00 for the night I have to now spend more money. I called back around 830pm and spoke with Devon who stated I would have to wait 3 days before the GM Kristy would give me a refund. I informed him that I was inconveniently forced to spend more money and I should be comped and refunded. He then insisted I wait 3 days. When I think back not once did he take my information.

Summer is a fantastic server. We wanted for nothing our entire dining experience- I don’t normally put a lot of merit on how well my meal is timed but she was right one queue with everything from the moment she took our drink order to handing us our check. All the while also helping in the bar area. She definitely adds value to this place!
