Beautiful employees... They had the most warming spirit on a cold and raining morning. My food was hot and fresh... Loved my experience... You all deserve 10 stars.

It was slow and the place was filthy. No excuse. The glass is dirty in the front door area. There trash on the floor. Almost all of the chairs and tables are chipped, scratched up or dirty. The fireplace is not on but there's a roaring sound on as if it's working. The red accent wall needs to be cleaned or repainted. They had no coffee creamer for the coffee. Most of the study drinks weren't available at the sink kiosk. As you can imagine, when you walk in, you see people lounging around and doing nothing. Very disappointed. The food was good, fresh, and hot. Oh, and they were getting the landscaping done today so that's a step in the right direction.

We drove through on 2-22-25 and two employees were passing a joint behind the restaurant right in front of customers oredering at the drive through and it was so strong then when we got to the drive thru window it was from inside the restaurant too! Our food was thrown together very sloppy and they got the order wrong too. Such a disgrace!

Ran in on a lunch break. A second cashier stepped up as soon as I got in line. Tried the bacon, cheese, mushroom burger. Should have got a doule!

Poor service poor customer service the employees have no concept of how to provide service to customers the manager who was on duty at the time have no information on district manager only by name Cody Smith when you come into this establishment it's always a problem I have had lukewarm chili cold old fries today I get a hamburger that should have been chili meat if you want to waste your time by all means come to location by far worse service untrained in customer service if I can put zero Stars I would this is absolutely a zero try Pines Road don't come here

Service? Awful. EXTREMELY rude employees that you can tell don’t care about their job as well as even being there. Very unpleasant. Every employee on their phones of course to the point where more than half our order wasn’t given to us. No one bothered apologizing or even better felt the need to get off their phone to help us. Only good thing about was, you could tell they just pulled the fries out the fryer. Thats about all they have going for them.
