Food is decent but i came in Friday 10/17 around 9 pm and whoever the young lady is working the register and on the mic needs a lot of training. Customer service skills are complete garbage. I will never understand why people get jobs that require them to work with the public and they have stank attitudes. She had two ponytails and they were different colors. Get it together maam.

Wendy's used to be my favorite place. I don't know what happened, but the deals in the app are absolute crap now. The customer service is not as good, and the food is going downhill quickly. Wendy's used to have fresh food and great deals. Just another McDonald's now. :(

Ordered through app and upon checking with employees was told THEN oh we don't have that. This is need to know information and in all reality needs to be addressed by corporate as the restaurant should be able to communicate with the customer or should be able to make remarks on app when they're out of an item. I'm sure it's not hurting these employees' minds but will not be returning to this location again. Cust. Service seems to a forgotten trait not only here but a great deal of fast food eateries

I go here every now and then. They have a walk up window they allow you to order at when the lobby is closed. What you would expect from a fast food place as far as food and service.

You have nasty filthy people on drugs that don’t bathe and it’s obvious…. Makes you sick by the time you see them even touching my wrapper!!!’ Get rid of the junkies!!!!! Especially that Zach!!!!

Every time I stop by Wendy’s to grab food for a family member especially in the evening it’s consistently disappointing.The morning crew is a little different depending on the crew.

The quality and service are nowhere near what customers should expect.
• Refried fries are often served, noticeably darker, stale, and greasy.
• The food is cold, and nuggets taste old, likely from sitting under a heat lamp or being refried instead of freshly cooked.
• I’ve been told several times that they’re “waiting on a truck” or “out of items,” but it seems more like they just don’t want to drop fresh food close to closing time.
• On more than one occasion, the burger was wrapped inside out, and the overall presentation looked rushed and careless.
• Customer service is often unwelcoming and dismissive.

I understand working in fast food isn’t easy, and most of us understands, but customers still deserve respect, quality food, and honesty especially when paying full price. I truly hope management takes the time to address these ongoing issues. People come to Wendy’s expecting fresh, hot meals.

Upon coming to your location in Portsmouth today my order was not in the system after great difficulty and several eye rolls from staff in which I had my receipt and 2 boys were with me awaiting my order the staff member stated it was already given out, I stated here’s my receipts and number wasn’t called, several eye rolls from staff member later and an extremely poor service I got my order put sloppily together with sauce over eggs of container, I stated again it’s your job to check order numbers please do so. Staff member was again rude with her ok then tone and waved me away. Please look into this matter as staff member ruined our experience in this store. Staff was mixed race in blue uniform with blue hat and female. No name badge and refused to give name. Front counter staff order 1/14/2025 k5108
