There taco salad used to be my go to now the bag of tortilla strips is so small and the creamy salsa dressing is 𤢠nasty! Y change it go back to the way use to be wonât be eating there again until.
sitting here in wendys east 12th street erie pa waiting 20 mins in line to get my order taken. short staffed to much chaos with drive through door dash orders to care about the customers in the store.
They messed up our whole order and was very disrespectful and rude and they arenât sanitary and they donât care about peopleâs allergies

Upon coming to your location in Portsmouth today my order was not in the system after great difficulty and several eye rolls from staff in which I had my receipt and 2 boys were with me awaiting my order the staff member stated it was already given out, I stated hereâs my receipts and number wasnât called, several eye rolls from staff member later and an extremely poor service I got my order put sloppily together with sauce over eggs of container, I stated again itâs your job to check order numbers please do so. Staff member was again rude with her ok then tone and waved me away. Please look into this matter as staff member ruined our experience in this store. Staff was mixed race in blue uniform with blue hat and female. No name badge and refused to give name. Front counter staff order 1/14/2025 k5108
Our order was often messed up and very slow service. Worst was when I ordered a chicken wrap, and something was very hard in my wrap and it broke my tooth. I reported it to the store and was told corporate would contact me, which they never did. I called multiple times and never got any response. Now I have a big dental bill and am still having issues with my tooth. We will never go to Wendyâs again.

The food was good I went to the drive so I didnât get to see the cleanliness of it but I asked the drive through worker to throw a coke can away and she said she couldnât take it so I looked baffled and she had another lady come over to tell me they couldnât take it due to cross contamination so I just put my head down baffled by the sheer ignorance of this lady and if your are reading this my grand daddy told me â it is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think your stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt â you would do well to head this advice the definition for cross- contamination is as follows â the process by which bacteria or other microorganisms are unintentionally transferred from one substance or object to another, with harmful effect.â so in case you were planning on running the coke can across all the food in the kitchen itâs not gonna be cross contamination so after this she tried to tell me it was bc of airborne bacteria and agin I was stunned that this lady was still talking the window opens you take money out of peoples hands and change and people walk inside and breathe in the building so thatâs not either so mam you would do well to heed my advice if you donât know what your talking about just stay quiet if you canât stay quite the phrase âitâs company policy âalways work and to the cashier that checked me out lady if you hate your job then quit and find something else and stop complaining about it and make a change and give someone else that is gonna take pride in what they do take your spot it was your choice to take the job you could have said no.. I almost forgot so as I am stunned by the simple idiocy I was wanting to tell that lady she might want to think before she talks im trying to ask the cashier to get the other ladyâs attention bc I just wanted to let her know in the nicest way I could that if anybody from corporate would have been there and heard the verbal diarrhea that came out of her pie hole she would probably be sent packing the cashier closes the window in my face and Yall Iâm telling u I was being nice as nice as I could be If this is the standard for yâallâs establishment yall might want to drop them prices this was a manager a leader and she was just grabbing what ever she could think of to tell me why they couldnât throw a coke can away âŚâŚâŚ I have absolutely no faith in humanityâŚâŚâŚ.. the generations are getting dumber

Went yesterday and purchased chili and a frosty. Asked the young man if he put hot chili packets in my bag, he replied yes. No spoons were put in my bag, so when I got stuck in traffic I couldn't eat my frosty. Horrible service!
They need to smile more and stop talking about customers.
