sitting here in wendys east 12th street erie pa waiting 20 mins in line to get my order taken. short staffed to much chaos with drive through door dash orders to care about the customers in the store.

I come here a lot in the mornings and the service staff are friendly and nice. They use their “good mornings, hello’s, thank you’s, and have a good day”, I love it. Food is also always hot and fresh.

The new location is a great improvement over the previous location, it is very streamlined and is currently (look at the date of this review) in the best state it will ever be. The staff is more attentive in serving walk-ins than the older one. The drive thru line is still rather slow (2-3 minutes per car). My order was accurate to the letter despite a few customizations (extra sauces, topping changes). Starting off strong!

Parking: Far more free parking than will ever...
