Came about a week ago . The CSR on register were NOT Friendly . The back of house (kitchen) were more nicer. I Would not waste my time coming back to call in or order from them PERIOD. Wings were to sauce also

Past several times we’ve ordered wings from here, the dry and wet rubs have been scant. My husband specifically asked for more seasonings and the employee said they could provide extra for the lemon pepper but not the original. It was STILL not enough. We won’t be back until we hear that they’re properly saucing their wings again.

This experience was worst than giving birth. They would probably provide better service if they hired animal... I placed an order at 2pm.to pick up at 5:45 and had to wait over an hour. They the tancity of them to have an attitude.. why... how are they still in business.

This one on Shreveport/barskdale hwy is very slow trying to accommodate call in orders pick up for delivery and walkin orders with the lil staff on duty is a bit much

Shift leader had a poor attitude which reflected on some but not all of the employees...i waited for my food for 20 mins before I gently asked how much longer it would be...She said I could cancel my order..then asked the other workers who said they were working on my order now but employee looked at me and smiled and snarkly said that he didn't know "how long it would take to put my order together...." then they (the manager) had a laugh about that..would never come back to this location again...

If there was a way to do HALF a star, I would. Waited 30+ minutes past pick-up time for wings. Cooks are mean, nasty & rude; you could hear their profanity from the dining room. Just close already.

They do not accept cash, didn't inform me over the phone otherwise for my pickup order. Had to make a 30 minute round trip just to get card from the house to pay. EXTREMELY rude, hung up on me the first time I called, for no reason, and my order was incorrect, as well as missing sauces and 2/10 of my wings.
Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order on RE-arrival. You couldn't pay me to use this location again. If zero stars was an option, that'd be my review
