If i could rate it zero Stars i would this wingstop is probably the worse ones i went to, waited a hour on just a 6 piece combo the manager was very rude which was the lightskin short lady with the blonde braids, very disrespectful when i asked about my ranch being in my bag.

Today I called wingstop to place a pick up order. Only to be placed on hold for 32 minutes and twenty three seconds. I decided to stay on hold purposely to drive to the location. Mind you while driving, I’m still on hold. I arrived to the location only to see two guest waiting on food , and a young man and a lady behind the counter. Still on hold, I stood there maybe ten minutes until i was asked can I help you. Mind you while standing there I have already took a picture of the number to contact corporate. Finally i realized the lady was the manager on duty and was also the one who placed me in whole. After placing my order, I noticed her cell phone rings and she takes the call while making food. She stay on her cell phone the entire time laughing after my order was finalized but not one time was a simple apology given. When I say poor customer service I mean just that. I wouldn’t dare go back to Shreveport barksdale location. I have every snapshot of me calling along with videos of me in store while she was on her cell phone. It’s sad that she picked up her cell phone but I stayed on hold all that time to place a order. I even had to click a star just to post this but they deserve zero of everything.

Great service but wings from there were not fit for human consumption. Some of the wings were borderline rotten and the rest were old and severally freezer burned. I really do think they are taking advantage of the covid19 lock down and putting out a very nasty product and knowing the majority of the customers won't bother driving back to deal with them.
The whole kitchen and management staff need to be retrained, or be fired.
Shame on you Wingstop for being so fricken nasty!

Came about a week ago . The CSR on register were NOT Friendly . The back of house (kitchen) were more nicer. I Would not waste my time coming back to call in or order from them PERIOD. Wings were to sauce also

Past several times we’ve ordered wings from here, the dry and wet rubs have been scant. My husband specifically asked for more seasonings and the employee said they could provide extra for the lemon pepper but not the original. It was STILL not enough. We won’t be back until we hear that they’re properly saucing their wings again.
