Called in to-go order. When I got there all employees & customers were black. No problem for me except that there were 2 employees serving 2 customers ahead of me. After they took their orders, the employees walked away & blatantly ignored me. Didn't say "I'll be with you in a minute " or anything. It was not busy & its a small restaurant, yet I had to wave at them to get anyone's attention. I will NEVER go back. Too racist for me!!!!!

I had a dash order yesterday I ordered Chicken sandwich comb I didn't get a drink The fries look like they had been double dip The chickeN tasted like old grease.the order was Terrible... I want never order from that location again.

The food was disgusting my wings had some watery sauce in them.Also the fries were sweet and I’ve tried wings too in Texas and multiple other places and their fries aren’t supposed to be sweet. You can tell there oil is old!

I honestly expect to wait over an hour for my food, as the girls in the front NEVER help the people in the back... and the heavy set woman running the front was THE rudest person I've EVER experienced in a restaurant... She was nice to other people just not me... Even a guest behind me noticed it and asked me if I thought that she was racist or something. What a disgrace this establishment has become. Will NEVER go back to another Wingstop.

I ordered the Latto meal last night and was missing 6 lemon pepper wings. Otherwise the food was good. Is there anyone to get into contact regarding this? I don’t want a refund, but if I could just get the wings. I have the receipt. Even just store credit or something. Mistakes happen; it just sucks spending $92 to find missing food and then being too ? to drive back up and ask about it.

Everytime I order online. Please tell me why a 16 minute order takes an hour to make? Everytime. It's like they just feel like making it 16 minutes after I arrive. Be prepared to order and don't even leave your house until an hour later to pick up 15 pieces of chicken.

This place takes over an hour and to make CHICKEN WINGS. Every single time. As someone who’s trying to survive off of delivering food, I’m hey consistently cause me to get 5-6 dollars an hour. THE WORST resturaunt in the city by far. Everyone there is slow.

I would give Zero stars if I could. I picked up an order for Door dash a few days ago and had to wait an additional 15 mins because the order wasn't ready. The cooks did not wear gloves when they prepared the food. I gave it a second chance and tried it myself.I placed an online order and it stated the order would be ready in 16-21 mins. I waited 35 mins just to give them some extra time. When I arrived I parked and called just to confirm my order was ready, the lady that answered stated it would be another 20-30 mins. I waited 15 mins then went inside to check on my order, the lady at the register went to the back and spoke to the cook who said their was 3 orders before mines so I asked her how much longer it would take and she stated "I don't know". I asked for the manager and spoke to Miss Makayla who was polite and professional. I asked for a refund and she stated since it was an online order she would take my name and number down and I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. I'll update this comment when I receive that. But as for now. I recommend if you order from here, call in or go in to place your order, so if if it takes over an hour like ours did, you can get your money back on the spot.....

There is only one person there that can run that place. Other than that, I can hardly ever place my order on the phone without being on hold for more than 15 minutes. They need to reevaluate this location.

Now I made an order online and it told me to be there at about 7 pm. I get there at 7 pm and they are busy so I understand and I wait. I asked the girl at the counter to check on my food. She goes to the back and comes back out and says NOTHING! I’m still at the counter while she services those around me. I left at 835pm with no food and told I won’t get my money back for 7-10 business days. Take the girl at the counter with the two small braids and those beads at the end and put her somewhere else. Her customer service sucks.
