Service and food were wonderful, but the restaurant was disgusting! We almost left because of it, but gave it a chance. Table was SO sticky nothing could wipe it up. Booths dirty, dust , old food splattered everywhere. Manager arguing with a staff member in front of customers over not charging for to go cups, saying it will be coming out of their checks if they don’t charge for them… this trip was so insane. There needs to be another food inspector visit to correct all these issues, and maybe not have a manager argue with the staff in the dining floor.

This experience was 10/10. No complaints. Delena, our server was absolutely amazing! She was kind and attentive. Never had to ask for refills. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of the best servers I’ve ever had truly a doll—thank you, Delena!

One of the worst experience ever won’t be back due to the lack of respect by the staff I asked to sit somewhere due to one of my friends having back issues and the staff went and sat us on the opposite side of the restaurant not one sorry or anything due to the lack of respect I won’t be back. Also the server picked up food on the ground and didn’t even wash there hands so disgusting the food was also very nasty from earlier that day I won’t be back due to that

Stopped by Applebee’s and ordered the Shrimp N' Parmesan Sirloin, which came with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I asked for the steak medium well, and it was cooked exactly right. The shrimp were nicely seasoned, seared perfectly, and generously portioned. I counted about ten on the plate. The parmesan sauce added a great finish without overpowering the steak or shrimp. No steak sauce needed.
The mashed potatoes were creamy, flavorful, and a full helping, not just a spoonful. The broccoli was fresh and not overcooked, which I appreciate. The presentation looked great, and it actually came out just like you'd hope it would based on the photos. The $22 price point felt fair for the portion and quality. The food came out fast, hot, and everything was flavorful.
I sat at the bar, and the service was excellent. The bartender was attentive and friendly without hovering. Overall, it was a solid dining experience from start to finish.

We went to the one on Gause Boulevard in Slidell Louisiana we had great service. The food was much better than we expected. It was very tasty. We definitely will be back. Highly recommend.
The food is all frozen food and warmed up. You can taste it. Ugh. It's not seasoned either. The table was so sticky. Our waitress was amazing, though. They need to close down and deep clean the place really well. I'm not going back. They have ants.

Went on 02/07/25 as a spur of the moment decision for appetizers and drinks with my husband. Within minutes of leaving the waitress had stolen my husbands debit card information and purchased an online makeup tutorial class. We have reported it to our bank and Applebee's. The food and drinks were not bad, but not worth our money being stolen.
