Got off work today it was craving Baskin-Robbins. Not realizing all I had was hundreds one $5 And a $10. I pull up to the drive-through made my order. Cute little girl comes up tells me it’s $17 and some change. So of course I asked him if they could break $100 bill. You little girl says no sir we can’t. I saw scrambling around trying to find some change in my truck. Little girl goes rapid for her purse says she’s got it don’t worry about it. It was so sweet and unexpected. Whoever’s daughter that was the original right. We need more of this instead of the negativity we always see on social media on the TV. Just wanted to share this and I will always use that Baskin-Robbins thank you just wanted to share.

The quantity of yellow stars is equal to the amount of ice cream we received for the price of $5 per cup. You’d think ice cream was as rare as 24 carrot gold. We paid $10 for 2 measly tiny little scoops. You’ll NEVER, EVER see me spend another single dollar here again. NEVER!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit and will not be returning. The ice cream has clearly changed—it tastes nothing like it used to and is no longer worth the price. The overall cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. I saw cockroaches on the floor, and the bathroom was in such poor condition that it was unusable. It smelled strongly of urine, which was also visibly on the walls and floor. This experience was beyond unpleasant.

A customer (who knew the workers on shift this evening) came in with her new puppy. She let the puppy run around on the floor, and three of the workers were holding the puppy against their aprons behind the counter (not near the ice cream, but still behind the counter). Zero regard for cleanliness or food safety. They washed their hands afterwards, but the puppy was still against their work aprons so it still wasn’t clean. I find it ridiculous that I couldn’t sit and enjoy my ice cream without a dog running around the floor loose and without a leash. Even after the owner was done with her ice cream, she stood by the counter holding the puppy, waiting to continue socializing with the workers once they were done helping the customers that were ordering. I’m still in disbelief at how unclean that is, how the workers allowed a dog to run across the floor, and especially how 3/4 of the workers HELD the puppy behind the counter. Never coming here again now that I know they don’t care about cleanliness, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to not come here.

At 6:15pm my friend came into the Slidell store @ 330824 2 purchase 2 banana Royale which consist of two scoops or however you customize it, before I go any further I would like to say I have been a customer for over 30 years, we often come to this store but for the most part we visit the westbank store off of Terryparkway. Now my friend made it back to the car with the ice cream and we decided to eat it there in the parking lot… yes I love basin and Robbin’s ice cream I could not wait to eat it. I open the container and 💥where is the ice cream so I went back in and I told them that the scoops was small, but I would be happy to pay for whatever to get the amount I desire, the worker did not hear me because I guess they where not being attentive so I just ask for the manager. The manager came she explained to me that it was children’s scoop and they weigh the ice cream so then she took the ice cream threw it in the trash so I was confused like is this going to be a remake or what, the manager looked at me so I just told her you know what never mind just refund me. The manager could have fixed this so many different ways: the manager could have said hey I will give you a scoop this time but in the near future this is the way you need to order your ice cream. Instead she lost out on the two scoops of ice cream and she refunded the money back, when a scoop of ice cream could have fixed the problem or just charge me for the extra scoop I was willing to pay for. I will never go back. She cost the company a lost in inventory and a family of six ice cream nights on Friday nights. This is how the ice cream look when I opened the container. Come on BR y’all have to do better

The employee couldn’t compete the order without the help of other employee. Then wants to have an attitude at the window for no reason. The ice cream was served with Hate. Thank you Baskin Robbin’s for ruining my evening. I want my Apple Cash back.

This location has really gone down. Rudeness when ordering over the speaker has become the norm here. We left and went to La Michoacana instead and received friendly, helpful service. The prices are so much better at La Michoacana also. We paid $12 for the same thing we were ordering here for $18.

Horrible Service and racist undertone by a business owner in business for 44 years that would not fix a problem with a sundae that was requested to bring frozen ice cream that had no toppings. Why after concern was told to corporate the owner didn't respond until a week later by the store owner (#330824) and today he stated he couldn't do anything. This whole situation is about principle of doing the right thing. Not seeking refund just wanted problem fixed. WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN
Always good!! However, the pineapple coconut leaves a lot to be desired.
