This location has really gone down. Rudeness when ordering over the speaker has become the norm here. We left and went to La Michoacana instead and received friendly, helpful service. The prices are so much better at La Michoacana also. We paid $12 for the same thing we were ordering here for $18.

Horrible Service and racist undertone by a business owner in business for 44 years that would not fix a problem with a sundae that was requested to bring frozen ice cream that had no toppings. Why after concern was told to corporate the owner didn't respond until a week later by the store owner (#330824) and today he stated he couldn't do anything. This whole situation is about principle of doing the right thing. Not seeking refund just wanted problem fixed. WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN

The lady who helped us at the drive thru was rude & put cayenne pepper in my mom's mango smoothie & some in my chocolate shake. We won't be coming back there again.
Ice cream tastes as expected but service at this location is lacking. I don't know if it's because they are young or not properly trained. Whatever the issue id they need to be trained. 3rd time, same issues.

Ordered a Banana Split and paid $8.70 for 3 very small scoops of ice cream and the three cherrieS were not whole but half cherries. OVER-PRICED VERY DISAPPOINTED
