when there’s a $5 minimum to use a card so you pay for MORE extra condensed milk, and the snowball comes out dry with barely any condensed milk & a side of nasty attitude from denise. snatched the cup out my hand. never again. you’re welcome for the tip though! Hard ice! I like light syrup but they take Light to the extreme. Not welcoming, but entitled. Like they are the only place in town to get a snowball! Terrible! Wasted money and drive!
Diggy's Shaved ice is not only welcoming and provide excellent service, their ice and syrup is amazing! The softest around! Their nachos are yummy! Cheese is always hot and they don't skimp on it either! Go to Diggy's!
Snowball was VERY dry and was charged for condensed milk, but they forgot to add it! I ordered nachos as well which barely had cheese and the cheese I did receive was cold! Customer service wasn’t the best.. Just give you price and snowballs and close the window.. No greetings and anything. My first experience here was much better than this one, but I feel like even on crowd days .. A customer experience should be great every time because it’s money being spent.

I usually come here a few times a week but wont be returning. Customer service horrible. I went through drive through and order was taken . First of all if any order is taken by drive through should be verify at window. I verifired my own order to the teenager girl at the window . She nodded yes to the verification. I was missing one kiddie snowball and then she gon say i wasnt charged for it. I said thats why i verified with you before paying. She going to say I didnt take your order . I said yea but thats why I ask you before I paid. She gon said she only said yes to the quanity of bags of chips I wanted. I used my debit card and I coukdnt use it again. Furthermore it shoukd have been free because the order was messed up by them not me. First it was disrespectful trying to go back and forth with me like Im in the wrong. She lucky I didnt ask for a refund. I wont be returning. If you dont want to work dont do the job. Bad customer service.
