Morgan is HORRIBLE for no reason! Even trying to make her smile, her attitude stinks. Food was ok, not the best. Not seasoned but having Morgan as a waitress made it worse! Please evaluate your staff because she is ignorant and should not be working in Customer Service!

The place looks like it needs a good deep cleaning. The white tiles looked more like black tiles that had white on it. If the ceiling looks 👍 that, what does the kitchen look like

We love these types of diners. I prefer these over a chain restaurant any day. The service was great. The food was amazing. Wait, time wasn't too bad. 5 or so mins on a Sat and a Sun. We are traveling, but when we come back, we will definitely be eating here again.

I am normally big on diner food so I was excited to stop in and try Big Easy after being told it was quite good. I will preface it by saying they were very busy when we came, but we spent forever waiting to get seated and even longer to get service once we were. Seemed like as we got seated was when the staff got a break from being busy so we were an after thought. The food was good, or this rating would be lower. Will go back sometime and hope to get a day with less business.

Ordered a shrimp poboy and a roast beef poboy. The size and taste was average or below, you can basically go anywhere and get better value. I'm sure their other stuff is good but get the poboys off the menu, we're in louisiana, you can't have a weak poboy like that. Want roast beef? Big bears in covington.... same price. Want shrimp poboy? Literally any place but here.

Kid-friendliness: They help you a lot with your children. As well as serving the elderly and everybody else, they're very friendly. Big ups to the people that work there.
