Really bad food. Steak seasoning was only the char from the grill that they obviously do not clean. The service from our waiter was substandard (Although he did give my daughter goldfish which was sweet).Otherwise he just couldn’t be bothered. I told him the steak was terrible when I asked for steak sauce and he didn’t care. My wife’s Alfredo was super dry and somehow they managed to burn (black) a couple noodles. Also there was zero seasoning on the chicken. Like none. At no point did a manager ask how things were. We have come here a few times and never had a good experience. Their dessert is amazing though. Do yourself a favor. Skip this place until you are ready for dessert.

Absolutely would not recommend. Didn’t receive appetizers then my meal was completely wrong. Waitress didn’t write down anything. I suspect that was the problem!

I have no idea what has been going on at this location. I work in the service industry and this was top worst experience for me. It seems like everyone is hiding in the back the whole time. Host was not at the front and took a while to come up.There were barely any guests in the restaurant and we were put on a 15 min wait to be seated and it took another 15 to be greeted. Our waitress was barely at our table and the other 2 tables she was serving. I sat at the table waiting to pay out for almost 20 min. Food is too pricey for the experience we have gotten every time. Won’t be returning!

Ordered food via DoorDash. Unfortunately they gave the food away to someone other than my dasher. When I called to ask about it the lady I spoke to on the phone was pretty nasty. Won’t be ordering from them again. Unfortunate, as all they had to do was verify they were giving the food to the right person, and give me the benefit of the doubt when calling. Yikes

Worst service didn’t even got to eat there .. I went to have diner and sat for over 15 mins and the server never show up even that the restaurant was completely empty

Ordered last night 2 steak dinners, one was a ribeye. I get a call from the restaurant stating that they were out of ribeyes and would I like to switch my selection to prime rib and I said yes. Fast forward the delivery comes and the prime rib is not in the delivery they must have magically found an ribeye and sent it to me. To me the logical thing to do is notify me that I am not receiving a prime rib and it’s back to a ribeye. So I get this rib eye and it’s a disaster and even the sirloin was burnt. Here is the ribeye and how I had to pick through it to find any meat to eat. Ridiculous this isn’t the first time this has happened and I actually like BJs restaurant but the quality has been hit or miss. 1 star for the cost and headaches. Over $100 delivered. It’s like they send the junk food via DoorDash and whatever service because they don’t think you are going to notice and say anything well you are wrong. If it’s a crappy cut of meat then toss it out.

I dont think i will be going back to bjs food was stale and cold service was very slow even though it was not busy. Waiter kept messing up our bill and did not communicate at the end we had to have another waitress come and fix his mistakes. Dont plan on going back.

After a short wait for our table, we were promptly seated. The first staff member took our drink order and shortly after our waitress arrived. Nicole was, I swear, the best waitress that I have ever encountered. She was on it!!! I had the full slab of ribs but I like the grill taste. She had the chefs to accommodate me. Refills kept coming. She was warm and engaging. That sweet brown glaze on the wings was incredible. I would absolutely recommend and go back to this restaurant. Prices were very reasonable. What I really loved was that Nicole constantly kept our table clean-no used dishes, no used napkins. Very good experience.

The pizookie I ordered was super good!! Our server was super nice as well. I think his name was Javon. Super nice boy. Welcoming environment overall. Would come back!

Tommy is always sincere and puts me in such a good mood. When I try to decide where I want to eat, BJs is at the top of the list because I know I’ll have a phenomenal experience. He knows what I want or need before I do. He makes sure to go out of his way to say goodbye and makes me feel special, even if the bar is full. 100/100 go see Tommy!
