Brown Sugar BBQ & Catering was hired for a repast dinner and I must say, what an excellent choice! The food was very flavorful and the jambalaya was spot on. Very authentic creole cuisine. The fried chicken was so good you wanna slap the Popeyes lady. ? We will definitely book him for future engagements. C’est bon!

Brown Sugar catered my wedding. I put in an inquiry on their website, and within 24 hours received a direct phone call from Rickey. My wedding was in a month when I contacted him. Not only did he give me an amazing deal, but when everything hit the fan at the venue and the servers did not have what they needed to serve the food, he stayed and helped with the set up! I honestly would have been up a creek with no paddle if it weren’t for him. The food was delicious and there was so much of it! I had 70 guests and still managed to have left overs for family to take home. The invoice was so simple as well. I was able to pay him easily through a direct link. He really MADE MY DAY ♥️ thank you Rickey and Brown Sugar staff!!
