If you have been there before, it's pretty much the same as it was then.

This place has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. It used to be a good place to do business. I ordered my food and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, only to be have my order canceled so I could leave.
They still have my money for the food they canceled. It takes them five seconds to take my payment, but five days to give it back? That’s unacceptable.
This place has become a complete joke. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. It used to be a good spot to get some wings, but I can no longer recommend it. I would strongly advise against visiting this place.

Best food ever 😋 😍 👌 these workers were robots not lieing, the best sauce ever 10/10 better than anything in the world the workers are so kind and hard working, its really cheap too

When they are slow the service is mid but if they are busy service is so poor its sad . Employees just talk in the back it's just sad to see companies dont take pride in customer service anymore

I always want to give benefit of the doubt because this chain always gets a bad rap for service level.
Sad to say, this location is as expected. Previous visit we extended some grace due to the bartender being pregnant, but good lord this time they really sucked.
Seating didn’t take long, there’s always a question if there is a wait since there’s parties waiting in the entryway for to go food.
Got seated, about 5 mins for a server to address us, Larry. I ordered the Voodoo Ranger on the front of their drink menu, my girlfriend ordered a mango habanero marg.
Larry came back after a few minutes, saying that the beer wasn’t available. Ok, I ordered the other beer on the front of the menu, the Goose Island Kolsch. He went to order that with the bar, still not available.
I decide sure, I’ll order a Juicifer. STILL not available. I ask if they maintain an 86 list, if they mark these things out in their system so they don’t go and try to order them, he said they haven’t done so.
The bartender said the only draft IPA was a Lagunitas. I order it.
During this whole 20 minute long beerless ordeal, still no margarita.
Finally got my beer after the marg, feeling like I had to negotiate for the privilege to purchase a beer available at 7-11.
Also, my wings were cold, and when I went to order another of the same beer that was confirmed to be available, I received the wrong one.
Do better. Your reputation is cheeks for a reason.

Grease was so old and overused, the fried food was tan while the creases of the meat was black. I had to refill our drinks entire time, wave the waiter after 20 minutes just to place our order, order was wrong, and to top it all off, WE ALL LEFT SICK.

Absolutely disappointed with my order and experience. I placed a to go order 6:30, the confirmation and email both stated I would pick up my order at 7:30pm but once I arrived at 7:25 to check in for pick up, I did not receive my order until 8:15, I was only checked on once during my wait since there was no customer service person available to inquire about a status or cancel and refund. Food was cold as well

So we went to bbw on a Saturday evening . It started off horrible . We waited for our waiter for twenty minutes before he even came to the table and then 15 more min to order our drinks . Untill this other waitress name Zoe walked over to ask if we needed anything . She must have seen we were getting frustrated . She took charge . Got our drinks , order and food out to us very quickly . Her personality and kindness turned a bad experience into a good one ! I will def be again .

Everything was cold, the food took an HOUR to come to us, the wings tastes microwaved (which they definitely were), an it frankly wasn't worth the money. We first got there at 5:09. We didn't get our food til around 5:53. And then we're playing the waiting game AGAIN just to get the check so we can leave.

Ordered pick up. App said your order will be ready at 5:40pm . It is 5:47 and still waiting. Time is important to a lot of people and it should not be taken lightly.

They’re okay. It’d a sports bar so I don’t really expect much from them. The service is okay. It could be better. Everyone there is kind of indifferent and seems like they’re mostly there to get paid. The food is okay. It takes forever to get the food which is odd because there’s barely any tables whenever I’m there. So I don’t understand why it takes 20+ minutes for me to get my food when there’s three other tables there and they all have their food.

I love B-Dubs okay, but. One of the workers by the name of Preston keeps texting me on the job and I have proof of it. Get him to stop because its annoying and it bothers me hes doing this at work
The customer service is absolutely terrible!
I called to place an order and I felt as though I was bothering the hostess or cashier. Answering the phone and asking “what do you want” “NAME” “NUMBER” Maybe a bit of hospitality would work better. Greeting customers with a Hello goes a long way in customer service.
