Cole at the bar was attentive and friendly but his drink making left a lot to be desired. I ordered a medium dirty martini and watched him make it. He only put dirty mix into the shaker, no gin, no ice, and delivered the drink 2/3 full. When I asked about it he offer to remake it. I again watched him make it. He placed ice and water in the glass, which is nice. He did put gin and dirty mix unit he shaker, no ice and no vermouth. He barely shook it and delivered the glass barely 1/2 full…..very disappointing. Needless to say I didn’t order another.
The Hatch chili burger was good, they were out of bacon…no discount for no bacon. The salad with grilled chicken was ok, net enough dressing and more dressing drizzled on the plate for decoration than on the actual salad.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Greetings are obnoxious. Feels like you're walking into a place where you're not wanted or should not be. Odd management. Odd staff. There is a definitive reason why this place has a 3 star rating. Beware! As always safe travels and bon appetite.

The food was ok, but not nearly as good as the Gulfport one. We got apps and they forgot our cheese curd sauce. And I waited 20 min for my strawberry lemonade. Then we waited over an hour for our entrees! It should not take that long at buffalo wild wings. If you want buffalo wild wings do not go here. Staff is nice but incompetent leading to slow service and mediocre food! Go to the Gulfport one, it is 10/10 thank me later!

Zoe’s service was less than acceptable. She and a few other servers were sitting at a table in the corner on their phones not attending to us and made us wait to even order drinks.

Always good food and vibes my waitress Ms Cassidy made sure my food was hot had a great sense of humor and GREAT customer service ! Definitely deserves a raise ‼️ she was working the entire floor by herself and looked like everyone enjoyed her, she kept checking with us every 3-5 minutes

Service is really slow and poor. Waiter took long to bring out drinks so most of the time we were just waiting there with no food or drink. After receiving our food waiter did not come by to check on us.
We waited another 10 minutes just so we could pay the tab. Not recommended

This place has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. It used to be a good place to do business. I ordered my food and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, only to be have my order canceled so I could leave.

They still have my money for the food they canceled. It takes them five seconds to take my payment, but five days to give it back? That’s unacceptable.

This place has become a complete joke. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. It used to be a good spot to get some wings, but I can no longer recommend it. I would strongly advise against visiting this place.
