I just had such terrible service at this location. The woman who took my order was so rude and confrontational, it was so unnecessary. No one should have to worry if their food will be messed with by a disgruntled employee or feel like they are somehow inconveniencing someone who is taking their order (aka: doing the job they're paid to do). From someone who worked food service and retail for 15 years: this is absolutely unacceptable. After my interaction with this woman, I decided to leave the line and go to the Burger King on old Spanish trail where I received great service, their food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean.

Went to the drive-thru for 2 chicken wraps and a SMALL drink. The manager had me pull around to the front so they could bring my food to Ms. Waited 15 minutes, at least 2 people that ordered after me received their order. Once the manager came outside to bring someone’s else food to their car, I nicely asked her for a refund because I was in a rush to get back to work. She then rolled her eyes at me, gave me the mean face and swung the door open, as if my request for a refund was my fault. The manager then sent a man out to bring me my refund and made sure to not give me back the money for the SMALL DRINK even after inconveniencing me. After all of that, the least she could have done was let me keep tons SMALL drink after sitting out in my car so long waiting for food that wasn’t ready after 15 minutes. If they would have told me it would be a long wait for the wraps, I could have ordered something else. Horrible service.

Horrible staff. The manager is rude and very disrespectful. Disgusting food. Saw them vaping in the kitchen which is why I'll never eat there again. Saw an employee selling drugs in the parking lot. This place needs to be shut down.

Was told to “pull up” only to wait for 30 minutes to receive my order. This place is an absolute mess. How can you call yourself “fast food” when an order takes a half an hour. Terrible service. Wish I could give them a 0.

Slow, slow, slow drive through!! Only 4 cars in line ahead of me and it took me over 20 minutes to get my food! Last time my fries were so dry I almost choked. Seriously just go under new management already. I'm done shopping here.

The fries were fresh but salty. The bread on the burgers was hard or stale. The nuggets weren't fresh and the BBQ sauce tasted freezer burnt. I'm not sure what was happening here but this was the worst experience I've had here. The drive-thru worker was on her phone not acknowledging the customers and the lobby tables were dirty as well as the floor and counters by the drink machine.
Had a mobile order that I placed as we drove there. The food was cold and I missing items. Didn't notice until I got back home. I was very disappointed.
They freaking suck I sit in line for over 20 mins it's sad how long it takes them to fixs your food and food is always wrong and the people are so rude if you don't like your job quite

Just tried to get food there and the manager was refusing service because she’s the only person working it’s 11:30 at night they close at 1 there’s no reason to turn down service. Just do your job. Even worse though is that the lady ignored my boyfriend who was trying to get her attention and the door dash driver in front of him had to tell him what she was saying because she refused to even Acknowledge him. Bad service and extremely rude.

Ordered at drive through at 11:55 and when u finally made it to the window at 12:27, they gave me someone else's food. I finally got my correct order at 12:34. Onion rings were cold. 37 mins waiting in drive through.
