Whoever the new crew is working tonight is absolutely rude and terrible. Red head and skinny white guy. I ordered cinni minis .I got home no icing. I come back, and all they want to give me is my icing. I paid for this food and drove here to get it. When I called over the phone to tell them, i asked them to make a hot fresh one with icing. Lo and behold soon as I roll up guy with the red hair and ponytail just hands me my icing and is mad at me because I want fresh stuff after I went home and ate dinner. This would never happen if Matt was working! He takes care of his people and he works hard. I visit this establishment at least once a week. I'm pissed off. I left the establishment after the window guy said oh so you want a cini mini!! Its not free if i brought back the cold ones without icing. Acted like he was gonna make it. I couldn't even trust the fact that they wouldn't spit in it

I live very close to this restaurant and pick-up food in the drive-thru lane. The food is NEVER hot, in fact, it’s never even lukewarm. I don’t buy food from this location anymore. I only pick-up food for a relative who cannot drive. They ALWAYS have to reheat the food. We live about 3 minutes from location.

I’ve been to this specific spot multiple times because it’s down the road, and they have never once gotten my order right. 50/50 shot they will acknowledge that your even in the drive through most of the time you have to go inside to get their attention. Service takes forever too. Nothing fast about this fast food. McDonald’s is next door.

This place is a complete joke I have no idea how they’re still in business specially this location the food is never fresh even tho they tell u pull up they bring it out to you it’s just a waste of my honestly , but my wife insisted today that I bring the kids to Burger King because they are huge sponge bob fans and we wanted to get the sponge meal that had been advertised of that was a complete disappointment even tho they clearly had the sponge bob box sitting on the counter they proceeded to just put it in a brown Burger King bag I complained and they told me I would have to make another order just to get the box

Disappointed and Frustrated – Lunch Break Wasted.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and it bothers me when I have to, but this Burger King visit left me too frustrated to stay quiet. This is the 3rd time that I have had something like this happen to me here.

I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and this Burger King is literally 2 minutes away—maybe 5 minutes max by the time I walk to my car. I figured it would be quick and easy. I was wrong.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese (cut in half), onion rings instead of fries, and a Hi-C orange. Sounds simple, right?

Well, the drive-thru was extremely slow. After placing my order, I was asked to pull forward—which I understand if food is being made fresh. But there was already a truck waiting ahead of me. Eventually, a worker brought out JUST the drink, and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Apparently they were out of Hi-C and substituted a Sprite without telling me. It tasted weird—possibly diet. So I went inside to have it changed... and my food still wasn’t ready.

Six cars came and left before I even got my sandwich. Then they tell me they hadn’t dropped any onion rings yet, and that would take another 5 minutes. Now here's where it really gets uncomfortable: the manager was loudly fussing at the workers, calling them “incompetent” and “slow” (not as in speed). Listen, I was mad too—but yelling like that, in front of customers, was unprofessional and honestly embarrassing—for her and the staff. That’s not leadership.

At that point, I had to settle for fries or risk being late getting back to work. No onion rings, even though I waited well over 20 minutes. When I finally opened my bag, the Impossible Whopper was missing the cheese—but guess what? I was charged for it.

They’ve clearly remodeled the inside of the restaurant, which is nice... but maybe focus on retraining your staff before you invest in tile and lighting. A good experience doesn’t start with pretty walls—it starts with decent service and accurate orders.

I won’t be back to this location. A 2-minute drive should never turn into a full lunch break wasted and leave me walking back into work annoyed, hungry, and out of $12.

Just had the weirdest experience I've ever had at a drive-through. I placed my order at 1:09pm and the guy at the window told me to pull around to the other side of the building and park. Mind you there was no one behind me in the drive-through line. So I did it, then waited no less than 17 minutes to receive my food at 1:26pm. This was for 2 Wopper Jr's. I almost felt like this was some kind of social experiment to see how intolerable you could make the drive-through experience. So, yeah, you found it. Won't be coming back.

Absolutely the most rudest people I’ve ever had to deal in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and starve. Do not ever eat here or deal with these people.

And by at night at 11 and hours said they were open, the lights were on, and the drive thru menu was even on, but nobody would take the order. I finally left to go next door to McDonalds so I could get back on the road and as I drove past, there was an employee in the building who just looked at me as I drove past the window.

If you’re going to close early, at least let your customers know and don’t let them just sit at the drive thru order area until they get tired of waiting.

Terrible service. Always have you pull up and wait almost 20 minutes just to cold food. went there tonight the fries were extra salty old. Chicken sandwich drenched in mayo with brown lettuce on it. The whopper looked liked they smashed it and the balled up the bottom bun and tried to spread it out again. Never going back to this one
