Writing this as I’m waiting for my food. Ordered in the app and went to go pick it up. I get here to pick up my food and the lady working the drive thru hands me my drinks and tells me to pull forward. Fast forward 30 minutes, I’m still waiting for my food, and 6 people have come through, got their food, and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Do not stop here unless you have plenty of time. We stopped at 6:46 AM. There was not a customer in the building and one person at the drive through. They took our order but the girl did not know how to complete the simple order of egg and cheese croissant meal. She had to ask the only other person there how to complete the order. Fifteen minutes later we still don’t have our meal. We were traveling to Texas- we ended up having to leave even though we had paid for our meal . Oh, we did get our drinks but no straws and no ice and no coffee stirs. Unbelievable BAD service.

Tried to be polite because there was no greeting when pulled up. After about 10 min pulled off because there was no response. Was someone at the window, I think, waiting but not 100% sure. Gause Blvd location of Burger King has been the best location in the sildell area.

Love the Whopper. It's still the best. Great service also.
This location was open, and the food was good. Was raining outside so I went inside... One gentlemen working there was pleasant and the other... not so much.. 14 inch duct hanging down in the middle of the dining room... leaking water into a used trash can. But things happen and the food was hot and fresh. Hope they can get it tidied up and safe for customers to be around. I was passing thru from Texas to Florida... about 830pm... not busy at all.
WON’T ACCOMMODATE FOR ALLERGIES. I had specific instructions for one of my items to be put in a box or separate bag from the rest of my order. I am allergic to cinnamon. I understood the risks but they didn’t even do the bare minimum of putting it in a box at the bottom. Also I ordered a large coffee this is a medium. Only thing they got right was the hash browns ?♀️
Dietary restrictions: If you’re allergic to ANYTHING they won’t accommodate when they’re SUPPOSED TO.

I'm going to stop getting food from here! This location is horrible! No matter if you order in person or online, pickup or delivery, the food is ALWAYS COLD!!! How the hell does that ALWAYS HAPPEN!!!! Whoever owns this one, your management teams is terrible. Just right down the road in Gause it's a complete 180. It's like two different restaurant chains. Honestly, you should probably shut this one down until there are better people to run it. I'm willing to bet that you won't lose out on money. Just redirect people to Gause. They are much better in every way, from customer service to the quality of the food they serve. This brownswitch location serves food I wouldn't feed to a dog. They need to do better. People are getting robbed

These folks provide poor customer service. They practice very poor standards of food hygiene. They seem to lack basic training. BK might want to do an overhaul before it is too late. Traveled throughout the U.S. and by far this is worst I've seen. Will not return.
